Rose Weasley

Rose held her breath as Scorpius Malfoy inched closer and closer to her. He touched her arm gently and it made her whole body tingle with excitement. She glanced at him, taking him all in. His blonde disheveled hair, his intoxicating gray eyes, and the small trace of a smile on his face.

"You're beautiful," she blurted out, without thinking it through. She clasped her hand around her mouth, embarrassed, but then she heard Scorpius chuckle with his low, throaty voice.

"Actually I think you're more beautiful than anything I have ever seen, but thanks for the compliment," he said, gently pressing his lips to her forehead. Rose almost melted under his touch, her knees wobbling a bit.

She realized it was probably her turn to say something, but she didn't know what she could say. How is this so easy for him? she thought, cursing herself for being so socially awkward. Do something! Do something! she mentally yelled at herself. Luckily she didn't have too.

Before Rose could say anything, Scorpius crashed his lips against hers. Rose practically melted into him, kissing him back as hard as she could. The kiss was electric. He tasted like peppermint and Christmas, which Rose found enduring and kissed him some more. Scorpius's hand managed to find it's way to her back and pulled her closer to him. Rose instructed her hand to find Scorpius's golden locks and she played with them, twirling them around her finger. She felt Scorpius smile from under lips which caused her to smile. Soon they pulled apart and were both looking at each other with huge grins on their faces.

"Wow," Scorpius said, holding Rose in his arms.

Rose blushed a little. "Wow yourself," she said.

Scorpius pulled her close and kissed her again, this kiss as just as thrilling and rousing as the last one.

When they pulled away again, Rose wanted nothing more than to just melt in his arms and have him hold her forever. Which he did. Or well, for what seemed like forever.

The two just stood there, in Grandma Weasley's living room, the clock fast approaching 1 o'clock in the morning, and they stood there. Together. Like two peas in a pod.

After a long time, Scorpius pulled away. "We should probably talk," he said, a serious look appearing on his face.

Rose gulped. "Alright, let's talk."

Scorpius dragged her by her hand, to a couch where they both sat down facing each other. Scorpius's eyes darted around the room, making sure there weren't people there.

Rose chuckled. "You might've wanted to check to make sure there wasn't anyone around before you kissed me,"

Scorpius rolled his eyes, but smiled at her anyway. "Rose, what are we?"

She just shrugged. "I don't know Scorpius, we can be whatever you want us to be."

"So, you're saying you want to be my girlfriend?" Scorpius's eyes were full of hope, but there was a little smirk on his face.

"Yes," a huge smile spread across Rose's face, "I want that a lot."

Then Scorpius kissed her.

After Scorpius and Rose departed, Rose returned to the room she was sharing with Lily and just lay in bed with a smile on her face. When she finally convinced herself to go to sleep, her dreams were full of a certain blonde Ravenclaw boy and his amazing kissing abilities.

Scorpius Malfoy

"I'm coming dad!" Scorpius yelled downstairs, not even sure if his father could hear him through the enormous mansion. He sighed as he tied the tie around his neck and fixed his hair in the bathroom mirror. Why I have to get all dressed up when it's just my father's company, I certainly do not know. Scorpius thought to himself as he padded down the stairs, making his way towards the dining room.

Scorpius walked in and immediately regretted it. His father, Draco, sat at the end of the large table, a dashing smile on his face as he charmed a women sitting next to him. The lady had brown hair and a bit of a plainish face, nothing really remarkable about it. She looked to be about the same age as Draco, maybe a year or so younger. Sat next to the women was a girl, who seemed as if she were about the same age as Scorpius. Scorpius couldn't tell if he had met the girl before, though she did give off a familiar air. Scorpius was about to turn around and walk right out of the room when his father caught him.

"Ah, Scorpius just in time! We were starting to wonder where you've gotten off too." said Draco, gesturing towards the large dining room table.

Scorpius gave a small sigh, not at all noticeable to the guests, but noticeable enough to Draco who gave Scorpius a stern look. "Sorry I was late father," Scorpius finally said, making his way to his spot at the table directly across from the girl.

"Scorpius, I would like you to meet Pansy Parkinson and her daughter, Fay." said Draco, who made big hand gestures as he introduced their guests. "Ms. Parkinson and I went to school together. Her daughter Fay goes to Hogwarts now, Scorpius, she's in Slytherin. Perhaps you've seen her around?"

No wonder she looks familiar, Scorpius thought She's that nasty Slytherin who has a terrible crush on Albus. "It's a pleasure to meet you both," Scorpius said aloud, showing of one of his award winning smiles.

"These fine ladies were in the need of some company for Christmas Eve, so I invited them over to share in our festivities. Hope you don't mind Scorpius?" Draco gave another stern look, which could only be perceived by Scorpius.

It took almost all of Scorpius's being to not roll his eyes. "Not at all. The more the merrier." Scorpius had gotten quite used to putting on a show in front of his parent's guests and for making them believe he actually wanted to be there. Albus often teased him and told him he should become an actor and go perform on the West End. "You could cast a spell on them if they didn't like your performance and you would make them swoon all over you." Albus had said. Scorpius had just slapped him upside the head.

"Right, who's ready for dinner?" asked Draco, trying desperately to move the evening along. Scorpius took the opportunity to glance at their guests. Ms. Parkinson looked like she was just about ready to fall into Draco's lap, which Scorpius found repulsing. She had sort of that lovey dovey dow eye about her. Scorpius couldn't believe how quickly his father had found someone else, having not even been separated from his mum for a month. It made Scorpius sick.

The girl, Fay, looked just about as happy to be there as Scorpius felt. Fay had curly long blonde hair, and a rather large face. She was very curvy and plump compared to her mother, though she was still very pretty. What are you thinking? Scorpius mentally slapped himself. You're with Rose now!

"Would you care for some coffee, Mr. Malfoy?" asked one of the maids who was serving them their dinner.

Scorpius nodded, though he wasn't really paying attention. He just hopped he could get through the evening and tomorrow in fact. He was counting down the days till he could see Rose again and that gave him a smile on his face.
