Rose Weasley

Rose and Scorpius's friendship started like any normal friendship might start. But the thing is, Rose and Scorpius didn't have a normal friendship.

Of course they were friends, but there were other people they were closer too. For instance, Rose Weasley and Joanna- she preferred Jo-Iver were inseparable . The girls told each other everything. They could always trust one another with anything.

Now Scorpius also had his go to man, just like Rose had her go to gal, For Scorpius, it was Albus Potter, who just happened to be Rose's cousin. Albus and Scorpius knew everything about each other and were what you call "best mates." The boys could always tell what the other was thinking, which sounds very girly, but it's true.

Now since Rose and Scorpius already have best friends, that would make them friends. Which is very true. They were friends. Very good ones in fact. They could tell each other almost everything. Except one thing. Their feelings for each other.

Yes, they had feelings for each other. And very strong one in fact. For Rose, these feelings developed in her fourth year. She had just had a really bad fight with Jo. Actually bad isn't the right word, more like terrible. She ran from her dorm room in a fit of tears. She ran all around the castle , trying to find someone. Anyone. She finally gave up in a heap on the floor of a 5th floor corridor. There she cried and cried. She let all of her anger out. When her tears slowed to a small trickle, she heard footsteps. She looked up, only to see Scorpius standing in front of her. "Rosie?" he asked, "You ok?"

For her reply, she just cried.

Scorpius emendallty sat down and comforted her. He didn't ask any questions as to why she was crying, he just stayed there and hugged her and told everything was going to be ok. That showed Rose that Scorpius cared. He really cared for her.

As for Scorpius? Well he was smitten from day one. The minute he saw Rose get onto the Hogwarts Express, he knew he wanted to get to know her. And when they got to Hogwarts and were sorted into the same house - Ravenclaw - he knew he would maybe have a chance to get to know her. And as the years went on, his feelings for the beautiful curly red-head only grew.

Now, at the start of their sixth year both Rose and Scorpius were wondering if things would be different this year. Would they finally tell each other how they felt? Probably not, because both Ravenclaws were already taken.

"Rose,"

Rose Weasley was brought out of her daydreams of a certain Ravenclaw, when by her boyfriend Christian Wood.

"Oh sorry, what?" she asked.

"I was asking if you wanted anything from the candy cart?" asked Christian.

Quickly Rose replied, "No, I'm good. Thanks."

He nodded and sat down next to her.

The two Prefects were silent for the time being. Both Rose and Christian had never been good on conversation. The pair enjoyed studying in the library together and comparing notes. Or going on walks by the Great Lake. Christian wasn't a bad guy, he just wasn't the most romantic. Though he was super sweet and that's what Rose liked about him.

Rose and Christian had meet in their first year on the Hogwarts Express. The two had accidentally ran into each other. They both quickly apologized and were in soon engrossed in a conversation. The two quickly became fast friends. They had down many things together over the years. Such as studying. Both of the Hogwarts Students were very keen on studying. It was actually quite a surprise that Christian wasn't sorted into Ravenclaw. But alas, he was put in the fun loving house of Hufflepuff.
