omori oneshots, preferences and hcs

baking cotton cheesecake with Hero

(I made this with my friend last week and even as someone who doesnt enjoy cheesecakes, omg its so good it melts in your mouth and its delicious!!) 

(a bit more juicy than usual, cuz of lack of updates) 

Before making the cheesecake 

- Hero has seen his mom make the same cheesecake for years in a row, so he thought about making it with you! Especially since valentines day is just around the corner 

-Has literally studied the recipe to seem smart and like he knows what he's doing

-Even though in reality he knows little about the thing he is making 

-He called you on his telephone and told you to come over immediately 

-Hero and his mom laid out all the ingredients and equipment on the counter and waited patiently

-As soon as you wrung the doorbell, his mom swiftly went to the sitting room and pretended to indulge in MTV that was on the tv 

-Hero dragged you into the kitchen and told you yous would be making cotton cheesecake, and you thought it was very considerate of him to bake it with you instead of Mari 

Making the cheesecake 

-You crack the eggs into the bowl while Hero mixes the dry ingredients together and whisks them (sorry i dont really remember how i made it-) 

-Separating the whites and yokes, you beat the whites while gradually adding sugar and splashes of vanilla extract 

-Leaving the beat whites aside, you turn to the yolks and starts scooping flour from Hero's bowl and sifting it into the slimy yellow mixture below 

- You go over to the sink to wash your hands, and you see Hero taking small scoops of the beat whites and adding it into the yolks and mixing

-Not wanting to interrupt, you stand back and watch as he carefully transfers the whole bowl of whites into the yolks with great care 

- As soon as he's down with that you playfully shove him out of the way and take a cheeky taste of the batter

- It tastes...... ew 

- Sure its sweet with the 3 whole cups of sugar added, but the texture is just a big no 

-Hero lightheartedly laughs at your reaction to the thick substance 

-Flushing in embarrassment you dip your *WASHED* hands into the flour and throw it on his apron making it white like snow 

-Hero is taken aback by this and goes over to the flour and proceeds to coat your hair in flour 

- You have a good laugh about being covered in flour and get back to actually baking, 

(okay so theres a lot more steps but your not readin this for the acc recipe, so lets pretend its done with and they be munching on) 

Munching on the cheesecake 

- Sitting opposite Hero, you put some strawberries on the cheesecake while Hero had some chocolate spread on his 

-You take the first bite knowing its going to be amazing, and it exceeded your expectation 

-The smooth and jiggly cheesecake with strawberries on top immediately melted at the touch of your lips and the warm fluffy inside mixed very well with the sweet but sour taste of the strawberry, both tastes complementing each other very well 

"Hero, this is really fucking good" 

"Obviously, because I made it" 

-You look up and harshly swallow the cheesecake 

"Whats that even suppose to mean?-" 

-Hero smiles slyly at you and brings some of his chocolate covered cheesecake into his mouth 

"Hey, you wanna try it with chocolate?" 

-You think about it for a minute, because technically chocolate could ruin the delicate taste of the cheesecake and the cheesecake could do the same to the chocolate but your mouth moved on instinct and you said words you wouldn't exactly regret later

"Yeah sure" 

-As you lean over to take some onto your fork, Hero quickly leans over to your and brings you into a deep kiss 

-Slightly opening your mouth at an angle he slips a small piece of the chocolate covered cheesecake from his lips into yours

-In shock you flinch back into your seat and try to process what just happened 

-Hero's looking down at you trying to read your expression, but how can he read something that isn't even there? 

"Eh, its alright I guess. Strawberries still taste better with it, wanna try some?"
