After a stressful last lesson of not understanding one fucking thing about 'completing the square' whatever the fuck that means in maths language, the bell finally dismissed us.

Not only was I glad this day was over, but it also meant I got to go home and have a peaceful night with my family (ish).

Even though I wasn't in the mood for a meal, at least I had a nice outfit to wear.

As I turn round the corner to Molly's road, or should I say private road, I hear a faint shout.

I spin around to see Molly running frantically after me, her bag slipping off her arm.

'Dude my parents are out, you need the pass code to unlock the gates' She says, sounding out of breath.

Not only did Molly's family have a nice house, but it sat overlooking the whole of the west side of Sydney, at the top of the highland.

It was more a pad than a house, when I first came to their house I was pretty certain it was Edward Cullen's house but apparently not.

Privacy wise it isn't great as ¾ of the walls are glass panes, but it did allow the light to flood in around the summer.

Which is quite beneficial for someone like me who really does need a tan.

As I reach the black high gates, I'm almost taken back as I haven't walked up to Mol's house before, I've either been driven in or just walked out.

Jesus fucking Christ, I'm poor.

'4827' She urges, as I stare blankly at the keypad.

I punch in the numbers and the gate slowly opens, is this really Molly's house or is it secretly heaven?

You would think that as soon as you walk through the front gates you'd be at the house... But no, it's still like a 3 minute walk to get to the door considering the large span of grass at the front is just used for decoration... And a pain in the ass.

'Hey?' I question, answering the door to Michael, smiling and holding a bundle of video games.

'Good evening' He says, walking past me into the house. 'So Molly told me you're all going out for a meal but that's at 7, which means you have 3 hours to kill right?'. I stand there, staring aimlessly at him in confusion. 'Right. So I also heard that you're good at video games, so I challenge you to a game of zombies, not online, just multiplayer' He asks narrowing his eyes.

Hang on why the hell is Michael Clifford here?

I sigh and cross my arms. 'Fine'

I'd only just made friends with this kid like today and he's already round my house. What?

I shut the door and spin around, in the distance of the room I see Molly carrying a large crate, running across the arch way leading to the kitchen.

'Mol?' I shout questioningly. 'What are you doing?'

Her auburn hair peeps round the corner and she smiles out of breath.

'Oh uh, just carrying in the groceries from the garage...' She quite clearly lies.

'A whole crate full?' I laugh.

'Yeah, my parents like to stock up' She smiles once more before disappearing around the corner.

I look back around to Michael who's shrugging off his bag, slinging it on the banister, tapping a random beat on his leg.

'Are those zombies gonna kill themselves?' I ask, laughing.
