*Afternoon--3:35pm*
(At this time, they were in their normal forms). shadow was in the kitchen, cleaning some dishes when sonic came in.
"Can I help?" sonic said, hugging him from the behind.
"Sure" shadow said as he made space for him.
Sonic stood next to him and started to clean dishes too.
*A while later*
Sonic started giggling out of nowhere, making shadow confused while his blue boyfriend is still giggling.
"Why are you giggling?" shadow said.
Sonic stopped giggling and said "oh nothing", still cleaning the dishes.
"Oh come on, just tell me" shadow grabbed him into a hug.
Sonic chuckled "haha, fine", he stayed for a few seconds before responding. "it's just . . . I'm happy to have you in my life" sonic said, smiling at him.
"well, It's good to have you in my life too" shadow said, kissing his cheek.
They hugged each other for a while, until sonic's phone rang, he got his phone and answered it.
"Hello?" sonic said.
"Oh okay, I'll be right there, bye" he said as he hang up.
"Who was that?" shadow said.
"That was my mom, she wanted me to visit her" Sonic said.
"So I'm going to be alone" shadow said, sadly.
"Well actually, I want you to come" sonic said, happily.
"are you sure?" shadow said.
"Yeah!" sonic said, wagging his tail happily.
"Alright, i'll get my motorcycle right" shadow said as he went to get his motorcycle started.
*Few minutes later*
Sonic locked the door and sat behind his boyfriend.
"Right?" shadow said.
"Yup" sonic said, holding on him tight.
"Hold on tight" shadow said as he drive off, fast.
*Two hours later*
They finally arrived at the house. shadow put his motorcycle park and took his keys.
"Ready to meet my family?" sonic said, holding his hand.
"Do you think they'll hate me?" shadow stopped himself from his tracks.
"Shads, I know my family and I know that they're going to love you, I love you" sonic said, holding his hands.
"I love you too" shadow said, lovedly.
"Now come on, let's go" sonic pulls him towards the house.
"Haha, alright" shadow walked with him.
Once they got to the door, sonic then knocked on the door, it opened. it was sonic's mom, queen aleena.
"Sonic, I'm so glad you came to visit" aleena gave her son a hug.
"I'm glad to see you too, mom" sonic said as he hugged his mom back.
"And who is this?" aleena said, looking at shadow.
"My name is shadow, your son's boyfriend" shadow bowed.
"Awww sonic, you never told me about your boyfriend" aleena said as she smirked at him.
"MOM!" sonic yelled, blushing embarrassedly.
