Third-person POV

Everyone knew Soraya.

She was the heroine of Mobius, and the fastest creature alive. She had gone through trial and trial again and would always come out on top.

She had beat Eggman, Infinite, Mephiles, and millions of other bad guys.
Almost everyone would look at her when she walked in a room.

She was adored by pretty much everyone and her name was known all over.
To even help her status she was the youngest daughter of the Queen, Aleena, which only made people respect her more.

But no one quite knew her like her friends did.

Her adopted little brother, Tails, loved Soraya more than anyone. He would always be by her side whenever he could.

Her friend Knuckles who had grown fond of the heroine after their rough start. He loved sparring with her, and simply enjoying her and her little brother's company.

Amy Rose, another female hedgehog, who saw Soraya as a sister or a girl bestie. They would share every piece of gossip together and spend time as gal pals.

Silver, who was from the future quickly grew close to her and his friend Blaze.

Blaze, a princess from another dimension, who was also another girl friend of Soraya's and Amy's.

Treble, a female dog who was a small town pop star with the ability of power screeches, and would often hang with the girls and Sonic.

Then there was Team Shadow.

Soraya had nothing against them accept their leader was kinda rude.
Shadow the Hedgehog.
The Ulitimate Lifeform.
Or in Soraya's case the ultimate jerky edgelord.
Shadow worked for the GUN agency with his four partners, Rouge, Omega, and Midnight, and of course who could forget, his sister, Maria.
Maria had died on the ARK but with some help from Silver, Blaze, and Caspian (another ally of theirs) they brought her back, in hedgehog form at least.
Rouge and Midnight were roommates who were both originally thieves, but gained more of a title once they started working with GUN.
They were both very nice and gave Soraya fashion advice, and Maria was often more the polite one to the heroine unlike her brother.
Omega was....well, Omega. He didn't care too much about Soraya as long as she wasn't a threat.

Shadow however was a different story.
Unlike the rest of his team, he was nothing but snippy and rude to Soraya.
The two had a rivalry that went on for a long time, mainly because they wanted to prove who was faster and who was the faker.
Shadow looked similar to Soraya but he insisted that she was copying him.

"Yeah, well, unlike you Shadow, my speed is natural. You wear roller skates." Said Soraya, folding her arms and turning her back to the black hedgehog.

"They're air shoes!" Hissed Shadow, glaring at her.

Nevertheless she still persisted in being the savior of Mobius.

Tails walked outside and looked up into an oak tree where he spotted his sister resting.

"Hey Soraya! Are we doing anything today?" He asked, shouting up to her.

She opened one eye and looked down at the two-tailed fox.

"Nah, unless Eggman or some bad guy attacks, I'm planning on resting today!" She said contentedly.

"Okay! Because, Rouge invited you, Knuckles, Amy, and Treble to her club for a small party! And it's in like...two hours!" Said Tails.

Soraya, thought about it for a second. She hadn't gone into the city a lot. She mostly fought the battles in smaller towns or just stayed at home with Tails. She hopped down from the tree and landed next to her brother.

"I guess I'll go, I haven't talked to Rouge in a hot minute so it'll be nice to catch up on stuff!" She said, placing her hands on her hips.

"Great! Because I'm working on a big project and I don't you near the lab." Tails said.

"What? But I love watching you work bud!" Soraya said.

"Yes and that usually results in you touching something you're not supposed to. Just go have some fun okay?" Tails said.

"Fine, okay! Lemme just go get ready real quick!" She said, running inside the house.

She raced upstairs to her room and threw open her closet.
"What to wear, what to wear..." she hummed.

Usually her normal outfit was a long sleeve light-blue crop top, with black leggings, and her classic shoes and gloves.
She pulled a large t-shirt out of her closet and a pair of parachute pants with rips on the knees.

She changed quickly, and looked a herself in the mirror.
Her face scrunched up but she tried her hardest to smile.

"You look fine, Soraya, the outfit it fine!" She reassured herself, grabbing a hair tie and pulling her quills back into a ponytail.

She grabbed a gold necklace and put in some gold hoop earrings.
She raced back downstairs and checked the time.

It still wasn't exactly the time Rouge said to meet up.
Soraya shrugged.

"Couldn't hurt to be a little bit early!" She said, running to Tails's lab.

"Yo, Tails! I'm headed out to get there early, I'll be back sometime!" She shouted, over the noise of a grinding saw blade.

Tails gave her a thumbs up, not looking away from his work.

She then ran out the door and to where Club Rouge was. She was a blue blur to those she passed, and eventually she stopped in front of the Club.

Rouge had bought Club Rouge and helped run it, while her two friends, Sleek and Sarah, ran it while she was on GUN missions.

Soraya walked in and multiple people's attention was drawn to her. The bartender, Claire the beaver, who was a good friend of Treble's, looked up from the cup she was making and waved Soraya over.

"Hey blue! You're early!" She said, shaking up an alcoholic drink.

"Hehe, yep! You know me!" Said Soraya, sitting down at the bar.

"You want anything to drink?" Asked Claire, blowing a strand of her hair, that was free from her messy bun, out of her eye.

"Ya got anything non alcoholic?" Asked Soraya.
She didn't like the idea of drinking, it made her uncomfortable, so she had never drank anything alcoholic.

"Sure, we got some sparkling pink lemonade with mint as a special! You want that?" Asked Claire.

"Sure!"

Claire finished the drink she was working on and slid it over to another mobian at the bar. She then quickly made the drink for Soraya and slid it over to the blue hedgehog.

"Thanks!" Said Soraya.

"No prob, Rouge will probably be here soon, but I gotta go handle some more customers." Said Claire, walking over to another person at the bar and taking their empty glass.

Soraya, tapped her nails on the glass cup as she slowly sipped on her drink. She warily looked around, trying to ignore the people staring at her.

When is Rouge getting here?!?
