I was completely engrossed in my work, not realizing that the day had slipped away due to my overwhelming busyness since Little dwarf's accident. Ever since the incident, I had been trying to determine whether it was a mere accident or something more sinister. My gut feeling told me that there was foul play involved, and as it turns out, I was right. It was all part of a meticulously planned scheme.

Nakaupo ako dito sa aking opisina sa aking pribadong silid sa bahay. Gazing at my desktop computer while sipping on a steaming cup of black coffee. I had been watching a particular video clip on repeat ever since I obtained it, and the evidence clearly pointed that there's really a foul play happened.

In the video, a black van was parked discreetly on the same side as Nature Bean, patiently waiting for the opportune moment. Frustration welled up within me as I clutched onto the pen I had been absentmindedly toying with my left hand, attempting to divert my attention.

Who the hell are they? Nagkataon lang ba na naka-park sila sa parehong araw na nangyari ang insidente?

My mind is spinning once again sa pag-iisip kung may kaugnayan ba sila sa nangyari ngunit tila hindi sapat na batay iyon base na rin sa kanilang naging reaksiyon.

May tatlong lalaking lumabas mula sa itim na sasakyan as soon as they spotted Noelle stepping out of Nature Bean. They glanced around discreetly, as if they were being cautious and watchful. They started to approach Noelle's direction when, out of nowhere, a white van appeared with astonishing speed. Pagkabangga kay Noelle, agad silang umalis sa eksena at hindi na sila nahuli ng kamera dahil sa ibang daan sila dumaan.

Each time I watched the video, an overwhelming anger consumed me. Leaning back against the cushioned backrest of my chair, I found myself contemplating the one burning question that plagued my mind.

What could be the reason behind this act against Noelle?

Sumagi sa isip ko nang unang makasagap ako ng lead sa pagkakabunggo kay Noelle. Noong araw na umuwi kami dito sa bahay kasama si little dwarf matapos ang pangyayari sa bathroom. It was during that time that an infuriating phone call interrupted us and pushed me to the brink.

"I will kill you if this call isn't important," I snapped at the caller. It was the investigator I had hired to look into Noelle's case.

"Paumanhin po, boss. Gusto ko lang ipaalam sa inyo na hawak ko na ang video."

My annoyance quickly transformed into a grave seriousness. It was as if a fog had lifted. Lumabas ako sa veranda upang hindi marinig ni Noelle na pinapaimbistigahan ko ang nangyari.

"Are you certain that this is the original footage? Has it been tampered with by someone else?" I asked cautiously, trying to gather all the necessary information.

"Hindi po, boss. Malinis ito." Narinig ko sa kabilang linya.

Napahagod ako sa aking buhok habang tinitingnan ang aking hardin mula sa aking veranda. "Alright, please send it to me."

"Mayroon pa po akong nalaman." the investigator revealed, causing me to straighten up "make sure ko po muna kung totoo."
