I've been on the island for several days now, and several days since Noah left. Not that I'm interested in that point, but... anyway. Chris was explaining that our challenge was to get to another island called Bone Island by canoe, portage, light a fire and get back. Not a very complicated challenge. Except for the fact that if we bring anything back from this island, we'll end up cursed. Chris was nice enough to warn us in advance, so no one will make that mistake. I suggested to Gwen that she sail with me, but she didn't seem to agree. Until Lindsay and Beth asked Trent... or rather forced Trent, to come with them. As a result, Gwen will be sailing with me. Yes! I tried to push the canoe through the water, but it was super heavy. Gwen even offered to help me. I said no, because that's my job. I'm sure Noah would have made a sarcastic joke and I would have laughed. But damn! I've got to I stop thinking about him. He doesn't love me! If he loved me, we'd be together and he wouldn't have to play the strategist. Pushing the canoe, I ended up in the water... super ridiculous. While we were paddling, I suggested a picnic to Gwen, but she refused every date. When I kept insisting, I got hit by a paddle in a certain spot. During the rest of the trip, I thought about why Gwen kept pushing me away. When Heather read her diary, she had said that the person who could play the guitar had won her heart. She seems to be close to Trent, who is a guitarist. She's definitely in love with Trent! Hopefully he's cool and will make her happy. At the same time, Gwen has good taste. She'd never date with someone like Duncan, for example, that would be ridiculous. To show her that I'm a cool person, I proposed to Gwen to help her with Trent. I won't have a chance with Gwen as long as she's dating Trent, but what matters is her happiness. Besides, Gwen promised to do me the favor I wanted. When I told her about the favor I wanted, she took it the wrong way and gave me another paddle in the same spot. I told her I'd think of something else and suddenly a fog appeared. This island is scary. Is this Bone Island? Great... We began our portage until a tree fell in front of us, a tree that had been cut down by... saber-toothed beavers? What are those things? When we reached a watering hole, the animals stopped following us. Phew. Now we were being chased by... pterodactyls? What's that? What are those things? Not again! I had the idea of throwing them some sandwich bread I'd taken for the picnic with Gwen, but since she didn't want to... Fortunately, the plan worked. However, we were overtaken by the Killers Bass. Later, Trent was sinking in quicksand, Lindsay tried to save him but was also sinking. I tried to save them by grabbing Trent's hand with a vine, but missed and hit a tree. Apparently, I still succeeded. We got to the beach and I took the opportunity to talk to Trent. When I told him that Gwen loved him, he thought I was making fun of him, but finally believed me. Izzy then told us she'd made a homemade fire starter and asked us to back off. The disadvantage, was that we didn't light a fire, but caused an explosion. On the plus side, the fire we created was huge, allowing us to win the fire challenge. As we set off again, I suggested to Trent that we swap places, and he agreed. We were paddling when we saw DJ pushing all the Killers Bass canoes while swimming. He managed to make his team win and the worst part, under Izzy's idea. Our team then had to go to the elimination ceremony... for the 4th time since the beginning. Chris explained the elimination rule over and over again, then gave us our names. "Beth, Trent, Gwen, Cody, Owen, Heather, LeShawna" which meant that only Lindsay and Izzy were left, but just as Chris was about to give away the last marshmallow, the police came and arrested Izzy who was running away. Apparently, this counts as an elimination. Well... I guess Izzy's out. NoCo's #1 fan is gone. Wait, why am I thinking about the name she gave Noah and me? By the way, when I went to bed, I saw that Gwen had passed me her bra. Which means I won my bet with Owen.
