It was a normal day, Felix and Jisung said goodbye to their roommates who had to go to work. The two had taken a whole week off to calm down, planning to relax and spend a few days in their headspace. It was clear to them that they should tell them, that they're at the edge of slipping, so that one of their caregivers stays at home with them, because those were the rules. But what the two of them actually did was exactly the opposite of how they normally behaved.
When the two accompanied the others out the door, they were only hanging on in their big headspace for the last few minutes until the older ones left, where they would have had the opportunity to ask one of the six if he would stay, since they were so close to slipping into their headspace, but they didn't, instead they closed the door and watched from one of the windows as the six drove or walked away.
When everyone was out of sight, the two looked at each other with big grins, now completely in their comfort zone. The two darted into the living room, where they started playing. From a dangerous dragon world, to an tea party with their favorite stuffed animals, to the building blocks. They even watched some cartoons for some time until they got bored.
They continued to sit on the floor until Lixie had a great idea. "Hannie! We play hide and seek!" Hannie's eyes lit up at the idea and he quickly nodded in agreement. "Wixie stawt fiwst?" He asked and the older nodded. He darted to one of the walls and started counting. "One, Two, Thwee, five-" Hannie meanwhile ran and looked for a place to hide. Everything went well for the first few laps, they also took a short break between to have something to drink, which Lixie handed to Hannie in his sippy cup until they continued.
At some point throughout the game, Hannie didn't feel like himself, but he ignored it, too busy trying to win the game. When he heard Lixie start counting again, he ran to the stairs, which he climbed as quickly as he could and then stayed there. Since they are usually not allowed to go up there alone, Lixie would never realize that Hannie was sitting by the stairs. "Hannie hab gud pwace founded." He mumbled to himself and that unpleasant feeling washed over his body again and he had to hold on to the railing to keep from sailing down the stairs.
After a whole ten minutes in which Lixie couldn't find Hannie, things didn't get any better for the two-year-old. This feeling scared him, so he went down the stairs to look for Lixie. He wanted to at least have Mommy or Dada here, someone who could make this feeling go away, but he didn't get that far. When he got to the last four steps, that feeling came back again, with black dots as a result, he didn't see anything anymore and shortly afterwards everything went black and he fell down the last steps.
Hearing this, Lixie ran straight to the thud and saw his little brother lying there. He ran to him and shook him, but Hannie didn't react at first. Lixie tried everything to get Hannie to open his eyes and when he did, he started crying. And to top it off, the front door opened at that moment and the other six entered. At first they didn't even hear Hannie's loud crying, while Lixie panicked and blamed himself so much for not listening to what Hannie was saying.
Flashback
"Wixie? Call Mommy ow daddy fow wooking aftew Hannie an' Wixie?" The younger boy asked with big round eyes.
Lixie shook his head and said "No! I no wanna disturb them! I big boy, I look after Hannie!!" As convinced as Lixie said it, Hannie simply nodded and so they started playing together.
