In a world where arragements were normal thats were we soon gonna meet two boys who never met each other in theirs lifes before, but were forced to marry each other because of their parents. There was Kim Seungmin, a 22-year old young man working as a CEO in his own agency he had built up with a little help, mostly tips of his father. But there was also Bang Chan, a 23-year old young man also CEO in the agency made by his father. Both boys heard of each others companies before, but neither had they met in person ever. But that changed when Chans mom and Seugmins mom who were very good friends decided it would be good to get their sons into an marriage, love or not, beause they had to do that too and to make their companies stronger.

Well, time was diffrent now and people barely went back to such matters but those two families seemed not so fond of the modern time. So after involving also their husbands to that.. in their eyes good idea they soon arranged a dinner where both boys had to attend too. It was Friday evening, Seungmin and his parents were already in the fancy restaurant and waited for the Bang family to arrive. Seungmin neither Chan had a clue about what this all was about.

When the other family finally arrived their moms hugged each other while their dads gave each other a hand squeeze and a friendly pat on the back and the boys? Well they stood at the sides, a little awkwardly. Well, Seungmin not exactly, he couldnt take his eyes off of the other man standing there. It was like he never saw such a handsome man in his life, it was like love at first sight somehow, still he had no idea what this all was about.

When they all sat down, a waiter came and took their orders before vanishing again to continue his work with the other customers. "So.. boys.. we want you two to get married. It will be an arragement as a stability for both companies isn't that great?" Chans mom exclaimed happily while Seungmins mom was just as joyful, the husbands of both woman kept a neutral composure as they watched their sons reaction. "WHAT?!" both yelled, accidentally getting the restaurant of half the restaurants. "Not so loud! Dont you have some manners?" Chans mom scolded them both, while Seungmin apologized and recomposed, was Chan the total opposite, he didnt like that at all and he showed it.

"Why would you make me marry someone i dont even now nor love?? Mom, come on?! Were in another time, its not like it was when you got forced to marry dad!" He protested, the scowl on his face saying enough. Seungmin stayed quiet though, knowing if his parents set their minds to something, there was nothing he could do or say to get out of it. Chans parents on the other hand lecured their son almost the whole dinner, because this was settled if he wanted or not.

And that was exactly how those two ended in a marriage they not exactly wanted.. at least for now. They had to move into a house together and well, apart from the necessary things to talk about was it quiet between them, but Seungmin still felt this weird pull towards the older man.

Weeks turned into months and months into the first years and nothing really changed, Chan was mostly ignoring Seungmin and if they did talked, then just about when they would be at home or if they and planned something for the weekend and even if.. Chan was mostly at the company while Seungmin had some friends over and ranting to them about Chan even though the other man was kinda hurting him, because he knew he loves Chan, from the very start.

When their marriage reached four years, Chan had to admit that Seungmins quiet presence wasnt as annoying as he previously thought. He liked it that he was just quietly being there. A soothing presence when he needed to calm down from a busy day at work. But Seungmin reached his limit, he couldn't take it anymore so one day when Chan came home from work, he sat there on the couch with a serious expression on his face.

When Chan changed into some more comfortable clothes and walked into the living room where Seungmin was sitting, he stopped in his tracks and looked at the unusual seriousness on his face, the once at ease and calm expression nowhere to see. "Seungmin..?" He said carefully and walked closer, sitting down next to him. Seungmin looked at him for a few tense minutes before speaking up. "I think we need to talk, Chan.." He mumbled softly and waited for the older ones reactions. Chan froze an nodded. "Okay. Whats wrong..?" He asked the younger one.

"I... i was thinking about this for a while now and.. Chan.. I want a divorce. I cant do this anymore. We're living together for four years and we were barely talking in all those years. I.. I love you but i cant do this like it is now anymore. I tried to give so many chances to change it.. but you didnt and its just.. i reached a point where its hurting me more then i care to admit." Chan was speechless, he had to do SOMETHING. "Seungmin-.. You cant be serious please! Please give me one last chance! I promise you i will change! Just please.. this one last chance thats all I'm asking you for..." He pleaded, taking the younger ones hand in his, holding it gently.

Seungmin sighed. "What if, if i agree? Are you sure you mean what you say? I dont want to play games here Chan, its about my feelings and I'm not letting myself get played with." Chan looked at him, and he knew he had to proof himself, and he was determined to do just that, because he may is falling for the younger one slowly, even if he didnt would admit it right now. He looked into Seungmins eyes to show him that he was sincery about his pleading. And Seungmin gave in, he didnt wanted to leave the person he learned to love over all those years.

"You promise?" He mumbled, looking at the older boy. Chan nodded and he kept this promise. A week later Chan was showing affection and that he actually cares, he woke him with soft kisses over the face while holding him gently but snuggly in his arms, before doing that he prepared breakfast. Everyday he would make sure that they would leave the house together. On the weekends he was finally at home and like that Seungmins friends met not just his husband but also Chans friends, so now they were a big friend group. They went on walks, small and cute dates, Chan even managed to get Seungmin to take either showers or relaxing baths with him, just doing everything to change his mind and make him stay.

He cant lose him now when hes falling harder and harder for the younger one. It wasnt just about the calm and quiet presence anymore, Chan genuinely loved Seungmin and he showed him that every day to continue to make him forget about his previous thought wih the divorce.. and he succeeded fully.

the end.
