They hoped what they were thinking is true, because it would be absolutely adorable. But time will show how far this meeting will get the two sleeping boys.

6 months later

Six months later JYP wanted that Stray kids and Enhypen perform together at the MMA's (Melon music awards). He wanted that those to groups do the opening to the awards, which HYPE accepted an like that, the other seven members of stray kids and the six members of Enhypen just shared a knowing look, already knowing that they would make Hyunjin and Ni-ki dance together as some kind of solo.

The preparation started and while practicing they watched with holded breath how those too did their thing while stood at the side. The intense but loving gazes they shared with each other in that moment was making the whole dance romantic instead of an opening for an award show, but they liked it like that.

They practiceed for months, wanting everything to be perfect before the big the of the MMA's came. The 15 boys were excited in the dressing room they shared was loud and excited talking from the 13 boys while Hyunjin and Ni-k were in their own little world, helping each other to fix their outfits while softly talking with each other and giggling. They glanced at them jst smilig not wanting to interrupt tem just yet.

Chan and Jungwon both shushed the other boys and pointed wirth their heads at Hyunjin and Ni-ki, the other looked over and after they noticed it too, they started to quietly gush over those two boys. Things like: "They are so cute! I cant take this cuteness anymore.", "Please someone pinch me! Am I seeing this right?!", "Please.. just please get together already, this is going to be painful to watch by how much they love each other."

After a bit more all the boys were done, dressed, the hair were fixed and the make up was on their pretty faces. And just when they wanted to sit down, a staff member came in. "Boys, you have to be out in five, so go get your microphones and everything!" The excietment was noticeable in the room, Ni-ki sticked close to Hyunjin just like Hyunjin did to Ni-ki. "Are you ready, baby?" He asked softly, so just Ni-ki could hear it.

The younger boy nodded and grinned, clinging to the long haired boys arm, all of them waiting for when they could head out and do their thing. It didnt took long for the same staff member to call them out on stage, everything went dark and then it was showtime. They danced and sang a remix of their songs mixed together. The fans went crazy upon seeing this collaboration between Stray kids and Enhypen. The other idols and groups were also excited about this, cheering with the fans.

When it was time for the dancebreak, the boys got excited but stayed professional, waiting for the moment Ni-ki and Hyunjin would end the opening of the MMA's with their couple dance. At that moment no one know what was about to happen as soon as those two would end the dance. They all watched them with sparkling eyes, seeing how well they matched each others dancing. The two groups noticed the smiles on their faces and they knew Ni-ki and Hyunjin had something planned on thei own without them knowing.

The end neared and both boys just stood in front of each other, with a simple eye contact and a encouraging smile, Hyunjin moved closer and pulled Ni-ki in a tender and loving kiss in front of all those people. he fans went absolute crazy, the other groups joined in after coming back down from the shock, while Chan, Leeknow, Changbin, Han, Felix, Seugmin, Jeongin, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Jungwon jumped around happily because of what those two did.

After they broke the kiss, they took their mics and yelled: "Welcome to the melon music awards!!", while having big smiles on their faces. After that, the audience cheered loudly as they rushed backstage where they got pulled in a big group hug. They talked excitedly and congratulated them, but Ni-ki and Hyunjin werent fully together yet, at least they didnt said it out loud, so Hyunjin did the last step when they let go of them,he took Ni-kis hand in his and spoke up.

"Ni-ki.. its been now about 8 months since we really got to know each other and also worked together. We both... well... we clikced from the first minute on and i dont regret it. I dont regret our first kiss, i dont regret falling in love with you.. so... do you want to be my boyfriend?" He said with a smile, looking the younger boys in the eyes the whole time. Ni-ki grinned and nodded, wrapping his arms around his boyfriend, making their groups go insane from the cuteness.

The kiss they shared on this award went all over the internet, the people spectacled if thez were together or not, which Hyunjin nor Ni-ki reacted too, not even the companies gave statments to those and they just let the people do their thing. Both groups were hanging out a lot more, Hyunjin and Ni-ki disappearing in Hyunjin room, cuddling and watching movies while the others talked and joked around, sometimes played games or watched movies too.

here and there one of them would check on the couple just to find hem either snuggled up together in Hyunjins bed talking or snuggled up uder the covers, moving playing but both boys soundly asleep. They obviously took picture and send them to each other but never woke them up, simply closing the door again and gushing with the others over the pictures that were made.

Now they had their happy end they wanted. The thoughts got reality and they were happy for both Hyunjin and Ni-ki that they found love in a simple meeting like the MAMA awards almost a year ago.
