'best friends' pt.2

And so Felix sloppily went back to his room where he burst into tears again and soon fell asleep again.

When he woke up a few hours later, he just lay there and went over in his head what the people he called his best friends had done. It all starts with the fact that when the three of them canceled on the spot, Felix accepted it that way. He didn't care if he was already dressed and about to leave. He accepted it. Or when one of the three was sick and they didn't want to meet anymore, he understood it because if he had been sick he wouldn't have wanted to walk around in the cold and get even sicker.

Damn, he even listened to everything the three had to say, every freaking little detail. But boy, when he started talking about himself, as quickly as it started, it stopped. Until he stopped talking about himself. When they met, he felt less and less interested in being there and wished he simply hadn't agreed. This friendship went from being a real friendship to something that drained him of all his strength and energy. There was even that thought about hurting himself because he couldn't take it anymore. While he was lost in his thoughts, he didn't notice that his room was filled with people, mostly Jeongin and his friends.

"Lix.." Jeongin said and sat down on the bed next to him. But Felix didn't react because he was too deep in his thoughts. It wasn't until ten minutes later that they got the first reaction from the boy; his eyes flickered to Jeongin at his nickname. "Lixie.. are you with us?" He asked and when Felix sat up and nodded slightly, they were all relieved. "What have you been thinking about...if we may ask?" Seungmin asked, looking at him with a soft smile. Felix looked from Jeongin to Seungmin and back to Jeongin. When he also looked at him with a gentle smile, he made a little more space and patted the empty space.

The three understood and sat down on the bed with the two of them. As they sat, he looked at Seungmin then Minho and finally Chan before he whispered "Do you want... Can... I... Are you really listening?..." The three looked at each other with sad smiles and then at Felix. "Felix.. we're not like the three of them... we're like Innie.. he listens to you too, doesn't he?.." Felix nodded and so he told the four that he had thought about things, which happened in the last four years in the 'friendship' with Hyunjin, Jisung and Changbin.

The four of them listened to him attentively, which almost made Felix cry again, simply because he didn't know that so many people willingly listen to him. Minho and Chan both had a promise with themselfs that even if Felix didn't want to, they would give their brothers a scolding that the two of them won't forget so soon, because they didn't understand how people could be like that, if it was Changbin's fault, then they should just stay away from him instead of hurting another persons feelings.

The four of them stayed with Felix for the rest of the day and tried to cheer him up. They brought him food, tea and medicine and just talked about whatever came to their minds. When he finally laughed, they were once again relieved because they managed to distract the boy at least a little. As it got later, the three said goodbye and were even hugged by Felix, who thanked them and then ran away. The four looked at each other and laughed and so they headed home.

the next day

The next day was a bit challenging for Minho and Chan. Yes, they both had a good relationship with their brothers, but they don't know how they will react. But this conversation has to be held. "Hyunjin! Come to me in my room please!" Chan called out, minutes later the younger boy was standing in his room. "What's up Channie?" he asked. "Come sit down please... there's something I need to talk to you about." He said, Hyunjin padded to the bed with his brother. "What happened to your meeting yesterday?" He asked and Hyunjin sighed.

"Felix canceled again with such a ridiculous excuse. And so Hannie, Binnie and I met alone."

"Okay! That's exactly where we stop! What did you just say? An ridiculous excuse? Are you serious Jin? I saw the boy! He's completely exhausted and sad, and even more so after what you accused him of! What happened to you?! Felix is your best friend, you and Jisung know him better than anyone else and yet you talk about him like that? No best friend does that! A best friend would look after the other but not put him down any further! A best friend would have understood what you, Jisung and Changbin apparently never had before.

Should I tell you something? He wants to break off his friendship with you, Hannie and Changbin because he can't take it anymore. If that was your goal, then you've done it, congratulations. You wouldn't believe how angry I was when I found out how MY brother treated another person he labeled as his best friend. What's the problem Jinnie? Tell me! Is it Changbin? Is he the reason why you are behaving so badly? If so, end your friendship with him.

What he's doing has nothing to do with friendship anymore, he's turning you and Hannie against your best friend, and I know that you certainly don't want that, you're attached to Felix and Jisung. Hyunie... how many times do I have to tell you this... I'd rather have one true friend than a thousand false ones..." Chan looked at his brother, who had countless tears running down his cheeks.

"Come here..." he said and opened his arms. "Shhh... will you promise me to think about what I said, hmm?" Hyunjin nodded and the two of them stayed like that for a while until the younger one was calmer again.

Meanwhile with Minho and Jisung. It wasn't that easy, which is why Minho felt compelled to literally scream at his brother. "God, don't you get it?! You lose your best friend because you are friends with a boy who turns you and Jinnie against your best friend!! Are you serious? Would you rather lose your first best friend than break up a friendship with the boy who is responsible for all this chaos?! Do you have any idea how shitty Felix must feel? Any idea how hurt he is because people who said they were his best friends betray him? No? Be happy!!!

You don't have to go through what he did, you don't have the slightest idea what he said! If it helps turn your brain on, Felix wants to end his friendship with you, Jin, and Changbin! Congratulations! Now you can run to your oh-so-great Changbin! That's what you wanted, isn't it?!" And so he stormed out of his brother's room and into his own room to distract himself. "How can you be so brainless?! I just can't believe it!! Never ever would my brother be so brainless, hell nah!! Somethings not right here!!" He ranted to himself.

Then he grabbed his phone and his headphones and walked into the kitchen to make lunch. He put the headphones in his ears, turned on one of his playlists and began to cook. Meanwhile, Jisung sat speechless in his bed and stared at his bedroom door, in front of which his brother was standing a few minutes ago. He let the words go through his head and only when he realized what Minho had said to him did he started to cry.

How could he be so stupid, of course Felix would want to end the friendship. After all, at the meetings before, you could tell more and more how less energy he had, how little he said and laughed. It's not the same anymore, the three of them could laugh over every little thing, and now, they probably will lose Felix because of a boy that they called their best friend too. He doesn't want to lose Felix just because Changbin probably has a problem with the younger boy.

And just like Jisung was, he ran out of his room and into his brother's arms. "I'm sorry Lino!" he sobbed, Minho held him tightly in his arms and calmed him down. "You don't have to tell me, you have to tell Felix.." Minho said gently.

Quick question: the next chapter is the end of this, buuut do you want a happy end, sad end or both? In my case it will end in a sad why, because I wanna break the friendship with that girl that calls herself my best friend buuut we dont have to do it here! But I can write both a sad and happy ending, just tell me what do you wanna read more!!!

Ohh, and I DON'T have a problem with Changbin I love all of them!!! It just fits from the situation ykk? Oh and another thing, not everything I wrote in there is based on the Story with the girl I talked about!!
