Kim Seungmin and Yang Jeongin are best friends, the two boys met in kindergarten and were inseparable from that point on, but this inseparability between the two was to be broken years later. The two were just in middle school when Seungmin had to tell his best friend that his parents were going to America and he had to come with them. Jeongin destroyed this news and he immediately started crying. Seungmin then took him in his arms and calmed him down.

 "Shhh.. Shhh.. Innie, we still have two whole months until we leave.. I know that doesn't make things any better, but we can enjoy this time together okay? Please don't cry..." Seungmin said, close to tears himself. And that's exactly what the two boys did, every day you found the two of them doing something different together so that they could make as many memories as possible before Seungmin is gone for who knows how long at the age of thirteen. 

So of course these two months flew by and then came the painful farewell. Both boys cried in each other's arms, their parents had to pull themselves together not to cry themselves, because Mr. and Ms. Kim didn't actually want this separation between the two boys, but it had to be done.

This all happened exactly five years ago and finally, at the age of eighteen, Seungmin returns to Korea and will go to school there too. Over the years he had lost contact with Innie, his best friend, and then his phone broke and so he no longer had the opportunity to contact the boy. However, he had the hope that he might come across Jeongin by chance and that coincidence should actually happen. 

It was his first day of school on his new school, so far the eighteen year old had no luck and didn't found the younger one somewhere, but he didn't give up and made his way to his classroom. There he also met his class teacher, Mr. Kung, who smiled kindly at him and invited him straight into the classroom. The class fell silent and everyone except a few of the other students looked forward at Mr. Kung and also Seungmin. "Kids, as I told you last week, we are getting a new student, that my dears is Kim Seungmin, he has come back from America. Seungmin, could you briefly introduce yourself to the class please." And so the brown-haired boy introduced himself.

"Hi, my name is Kim Seungmin and I'm eighteen years old. I was in America for five years and went to school there and I'm finally back in my home country. I hope we'll all get along." While Seungmin introduced himself, there were six boys looking at each other with wide eyes and one person sitting in his seat in shock. While small but broad smiles formed on the faces of the six boys, a few tears formed in the other person's eyes. Seungmin was assigned to his seat and so the lesson began, which felt like an eternity for Seungmin, the six boys and the now crying person. However, when the bell finally rang for break, these eight people didn't move, but sat still, Seungmin because he wanted to talk to the six boys like they wanted to talk to him. 

When their classmates were out of the classroom, Seungmin turned around in his chair and instead of talking to the others, he noticed the still unknown boy who, as he now noticed, was sitting at his seat crying. And just like Seungmin was, he got up and sat on the empty chair next to the boy. "Hey.. uhm, is everything okay with you?.." He asked, and only then did the boy lift his head and look at Seungmin for the first time. Seungmin's eyes glazed over and the only thing he could manage was a simple "Innie..." and then the two boys were already in each other's arms.

Jeongin's friends, who are the other six boys, grinned at each other and slowly approached the two. "You're finally back.." Innie sobbed and the only thing Seungmin did was hug Jeongin tighter. "Shhh... I'm back and I won't leave again... I promise.." Seungmin said and only then were the two of them able to calm down and the six boys made their presence notice. "Minnie!!! You have to meet my hyungs!!" He said with a grin and Seungmin simply nodded. "Then let's go enjoy or break, okay? Then I can get to know them." Jeongin nodded and so the two of them walked out of the classroom holding hands, followed by the others who were whispering something here and there.  

During the break, Jeongin talked a lot about Chan, Changbin, Minho, Hyunjin, Jisung, and Felix, who were friends with him when he came to school there, and afterwards the two of them talked about old memories. The eight became best friends and were also inseparable, but this friendship wasn't meant to remain between everyone, but the older members of the group only became aware of it when they heard the news. It was a normal weekend day, Seungmin and Jeongin were doing a lot together again, just like they used to do with the only difference that the two of them realized something important over these five years that they were apart. That was also the reason why the two wanted to meet, they just had to get it off of their chests. 

The two arrived at their favorite place in the park, where they used to sit and talk for hours, this was exactly where they wanted to share this and hoped that the other felt the same. They both arrived there at the same time, looked at each other with a slight grin, hugged each other in greeting and sat down on the grass. "Okay.. what did you want to talk to me about?" Seungmin asked the boy next to him. "I was just about to ask you the same thing." He said and they both laughed. "Okay, let's say it at three?" Seungmin asked and Jeongin nodded. "1.." - "2.." - "3.." They both took a quick deep breath and then it shot out of them like a bullet. "I love you Innie! - I love you Minnie!" The two looked at each other in shock until they hugged each other again and giggled. 

"Omg! I really thought you were going to tell me again that you can't stay and you have to go again." Jeongin pouted with tears in his eyes. "Aww Innie. Don't cry, I promised I'd stay and I will! Mom and Dad know!!" Seungmin said and pulled the boy into his arms where they both started to cry. These five years have done a certain amount of damage to the friendship between the two, but not to the love that they both felt for each other, and this was simply a lot stronger than anything else. That same evening, Seungmin asked his best friend if he wanted to be his boyfriend and of course he said yes. 

The following week the two came to school hand in hand where they surprised their friends, who in retrospect behaved like little children, well actually it was as if the two had told their parents, because both Chan and Minho behaved like Dad and Mom for the group, and the others were the annoying siblings. However, Seungmin and Jeongin wouldn't have it any other way, on the weekend, Innie and Minnie's parents found out at the same time and both couples were happy that the two found to each other.

Yes, i indeed wrote that chapter in exactly one hour and forty-five minutes.

I really wanted to publish something, even though I'm actually extremely tired hahaha, but I can't leave you hanging. And you know, nothing will come tomorrow.

We won't read each other again until Monday!!
