how they react to finding out you are pregnant (solo)

a/n: i'm finally posting shit ive had in my drafts for SO long.

y/n nervously fiddled with her wedding ring as she sat across from Solo at the kitchen table. she had just found out that she was pregnant and she was unsure of how to tell her husband. she loved him dearly, but the thought of having a child scared her.

solo noticed the worried expression on y/n's face and reached across the table to take her hand. "What's on your mind, baby?" he asked, concern evident in his voice.

y/n took a deep breath and looked into solos eyes. 'I have something to tell you,' she started, her voice shaking slightly.

'What is it?' Solo asked, his grip on her hand tightening.

'I'm pregnant,' y/n blurted out, her eyes widening as she waited for Solo's reaction.

Solo's face broke into a wide grin and he pulled y/n into a hug. 'That's amazing news, love!' he exclaimed, kissing her forehead. 'I've been waiting for this moment for so long.'

Y/n couldn't believe her ears. She had been so worried about telling Solo, but his excitement and joy made her feel silly for ever doubting his reaction. 'You're not mad?' she asked, tears of relief welling up in her eyes.

'Mad? Why would I be mad?' Solo chuckled, wiping away her tears. 'I couldn't be happier. We're going to have a baby!'

Y/n felt a wave of happiness wash over her as she hugged Solo tightly. She knew that he would make an amazing father and she couldn't wait to start this new journey with him.

From that moment on, Solo was even more attentive and caring towards y/n. He made sure she was comfortable and took care of her every need. Y/n couldn't have asked for a better partner to go through this experience with.

As the months went by, y/n's nervousness turned into excitement as she watched her belly grow and felt their baby kick. And when their little one finally arrived, Solo was there by her side, holding her hand and cheering her on.

Y/n couldn't believe how lucky she was to have Solo as her husband and the father of her child. And as they held their little bundle of joy in their arms, they knew that their love would only continue to grow as they embarked on this new chapter of their lives together.
