"Everybody out!!" Elsa ordered, gesturing towards doors away from the scene. Her eyes flickering upward at the sky from time to time. Chunks of marble had broke off from the golden ceiling sending people into a series of panic.
Callius and Pike were doing their best to escort all the other Skyler's out, phasers in hand that were ready to fire at the enemy. Train of stain and silk violently went across the floor as dozens of Skyler's moved out into safer barracks. Everything was happening to fast before everyone's very eye.
Parts of the dark indigo sky had crept through the cracks, shining a dark light across the golden lit floor. Elsa's hair vibrated from the presence of her powers wanting to make a move while she tried her hardest to keep control. She had to keep everyone safe at all costs.
Adeline and Cauis had already pulled out the secret briefcase underneath the table to the others, "Take a weapon!!"
"You couldn't have told us sooner you were hiding daggers and stun phasers underneath the snack table?!?" Mason questioned the two, grabbing a phaser from its socket.
"In fairness there are many eavesdropping soldiers that walk by our rooms," Alejandro defended the two.
"Where the hell is the kid?!?" Cauis shouted to Mason, looking for answers.
"Issac?!? ISSAC?!?" Adeline frantically shouted, unknowing of where Issac had run off to.
Like as if magic had sparked the two back into the room, Issac and Lyris found themselves breathing in the ashes and dust. Bits of flames sputtering off falling marble from the roof. Their eyes immediately darted towards the Renegades group.
Subconsciously they must've grabbed each others hand when they had darted back to the door. But now they knew exactly what was happening. They were indeed under attack by someone.
"Issac!!!" Adeline exclaimed, finally spotting him. With that Mason had tossed a stun phaser at Issac, to which he perfectly caught with his right hand. Hitting the button on the side of the gun, the blaster holder growing a dark blue.
"Duchess, I advise you stand back!" Issac shouted to her over the loud sounds of rubble falling. He was about to try and slide his hand out of hers, but she suddenly gripped his wrist.
"Promise me, you'll at least be safe," Lyris begged.
".....I promise," Issac gave one last second of eye contact before he pulled away.
In the moment the world seemed to stop around Lyris, worry building up in her core. It came crushing her would into two parts into a new found grief she'd never felt. A worry of losing someone she loved.
It had only been two years, she didn't know what he could do now. Just when she thought she could make up things to him, the palace was under attack. Leaving the Skyler's mostly defenseless, except for the few guards who stood behind with phasers at the ready.
