It didn't take the young couple to figure out the date for their wedding.

Gwen and Pete decided to have it at the end of next month, it wasn't much time but they weren't planning to do something too big or expensive. They were gonna have it at the Alibi, having already talked it over with Kevin and V. They were just gonna have a simple, small wedding with their closest friends, their families and if they want, they can bring their own dates.

Gwen and Pete, along with Evie, we're on their way to the Gallagher house to hand out invitations. Gwen knocked on the door before entering.

"Anybody home?" She called out as she and her fiancé entered.

"Kitchen." She heard Ian call from the said room. She and Pete head over to find Ian, Fiona and Carl there as well.

"Morning, guys." Gwen greeted her family as Ian already prepared her a cup of coffee which she gracefully accepted with a smile.

"Morning." Ian and Carl greeted while Fiona was too focused writing a letter. Carl came over as Pete passed Evie over to him so she could sit on Carl's lap as he ate his breakfast.

"Surprised your here Fiona." Pete commented, "Sleep here last night?"

Fiona looked up for a moment before getting back writing her letter, signing, "Yeah."

"Oh uh. That's not a good sign." Gwen commented, knowing from experience that meant Fiona and Sean had a fight. "What happened this time?"

"What do you mean?"

"The only reason you'd be sleeping here would be that you and Sean had a fight." Gwen stated, "Is that why your writing a letter?"

"It's for Sean's ex-wife, Nikole."

"Ooohh. That sounds bad." Gwen commented, ignoring the glare Fiona was giving her. "What happened?"

"Ask Carl." Fiona huffed, gesturing towards the said boy as he shared small bites of his fruit loops with his smiling niece.

"Carl, why is Fiona writing a letter to Sean's ex-wife?" Ian asked, joining in on the conversation.

"I don't wanna talk about it." Carl stated as Evie kept trying to steal herself some more cereal on his lap.

"Ookkkay.." Pete said awkwardly before looking towards his fiancé with a knowing smile and gave her a nod as she pulled out a few invitations.

"So... I know it's not the best time but it's the reason we came over." Gwen explained as she handed out three invitations to each of her siblings there.

"What are these?" Fiona huffed, not even looking at the envelope placed next to her on the counter, too focused on writing her letter.

"Holy shit!" Ian muttered with a smile as he and Carl opened theirs, "Invitations to your wedding?"

"You already set a date?" Carl asked with a smile as Evie, still to young to understand what was going on, managed to steal a few bites of his cereal while still on his lap.

"Yeah, we figured we'd have a small, simple wedding. Inviting only our friends and families there. We're gonna have it at the warehouse Svetlana married mickey. Then we'll meet up at the Alibi afterwards. They already got their invites and you guys can bring dates if you want." Gwen explained as her brothers, Evie still in Carl's arms as he got out of his chair to embrace the young couple with his brother.
