It was daytime at the Gallagher house, and Gwen and Pete were woken up by bashing sounds coming from the bathroom.

"What the fuck?" Gwen muttered tiredly as she and Pete got dressed and went to see what was going on. When they entered the bathroom, they found Debbie standing by the doorway, while Carl was bashing a hole in the wall, and Gwen's eyes widen at the sight of her grandmother, Peggy Gallagher, sitting on the toilet.

"Grammy!" Gwen exclaimed, excitedly, as she quickly came over into Grammy's open arms and they embraced each other, tightly.

"It's good to see you again, Cinnamon." Grammy said softly as they slowly pulled away from each other.

"It's good to see you too!"Gwen responded, smiling, "I thought you were serving a life sentence."

"They let me out on medical furlough." Peggy winked, and Gwen chucked and Peggy glanced at Pete at the doorway as he slowly came in.

"Who's this?"

"This is my boyfriend, Pete Manning. Pete, this is grandmother, Peggy Gallagher." Gwen introduced as Peggy and Pete shook hands.

"Nice to finally meet you." Pete said.

"Likewise." Peggy nodded, "You two been sleeping together, lately?"

Gwen chuckled at her grandmother's bluntness, "We sure are, Grammy."

"That's my little Cinnamon." Peggy smiled as Carl made the hole bigger.

"Why are you bashing a hole in the wall?" Pete questioned.

"Grammy says we're remodeling." Carl shrugged as Peggy stuck her hand in the hole and took out a small bag. She brought out a wad of cash, shocking everyone, and a small jar with what looked like a human finger.

"What's that?" Carl asked.

"What's it look like?" Peggy countered.

"A finger."

"Eww." Gwen, Pete and Debbie cringed in disgust, as Peggy then took out a gun from the bag, making Gwen's eyes widen.

"You can touch it, but never put your finger ont he trigger unless you're gonna shoot someone." Peggy explained to Carl as she was about to hand him the gun, but Gwen grabbed it before he could.

"Hey, no, no!" Gwen shook her head, "sorry Grammy, but you'll soon find out handing Carl a gun is a terrible idea."

Peggy waved her off while Carl glared at her, and Gwen shrugged, "Sorry, buddy, maybe you'll get a gun when your older."

"You like secrets?" Peggy asked, and four of them nodded, "So do I. Hold out your hands."

The four of them held out their hands as Peggy handed out a few bucks from the wad of cash, "Our little secret, all right?" Peggy said, and they all nodded.

"Thanks, Grammy." Gwen thanked her grandmother.

Later that day, Gwen and Pete working a shift at the Alibi with Kevin. Frank was trying to explain to Billy, one of the regulars, something about money. He didn't even notice his mother being rolled in with Carl pushing her wheelchair.

"Hey, Frank, shut up. Someone's here to see you." Gwen interrupted her dad, and nodded behind him, making him turn around and stumbled back slightly at the sight of his mother, making Gwen and Pete chuckle a little.

"Jesus, they let you out?"

"Yeah, they let me out." Peggy nodded as she took the stool next to him, placing her purse on the bar.
