Chapter 59: New Manager

As Tanaka gathered his things in the classroom, he reminded Aeris about the special occasion. "Nanachan, don't forget that we'll be welcoming Yachi-chan today."

Aeris's eyes widened in surprise. "Ehhhh!!!!! It's today?"

Tanaka nodded with a grin. "Yeah, it's today."

Panicking slightly, Aeris responded, "Okay, wait. Let me run to the dance club first. I'll be a little late, and then I'll rush to the gym, okay?"

She quickly said goodbye to her friends and made a beeline for the dance club. Bursting into the dance club room, she found the third-year members in the process of changing clothes.

"Oppss, sorry, but is Tatsuya here? I need to talk to you," Aeris said, trying not to disturb the changing process.

Tatsuya, still busy changing, asked, "Yeah, what's up?"

Aeris explained her situation. "Hey, I'll be a little bit late today. We have to welcome a new member."

Tatsuya wanted to know more. "Which club?"

Aeris replied, "Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Team."

Tatsuya understood the urgency. "Okay, come back quickly."

"Thanks, Tatsuya," Aeris said with gratitude and then hurriedly made her way to the gym.

"Oh, good timing Nanachan" Hinata said 

Aeris heavily breath, wore her black jacket that Karasuno gave to her 

A few weeks had passed since Aeris had taken on the role of coach for the Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Team. 

"Hey, guys, sorry for being late. It's my class duty, but anyways, did you do your warm-up routine?" Aeris greeted the team.

Daichi, the team captain, replied with a reassuring nod. "Yes!"

"Great, now huddle up," Aeris said, drawing the team closer together.

Aeris wasted no time and immediately called them in for a huddle. It was part of their routine to discuss the day's practice plan and any other important matters.

After their warm-up, as usual, Aeris would instruct them on what they needed to work on during practice.

"Okay, that's all for today," Aeris said.

However, before they proceeded with practice, Daichi decided to interrupt. "Before we proceed to practice, Aeris-chan wants to give you something."

Tobio, one of the team members, stepped forward and presented Aeris with a brand new Karasuno black jacket.

"Now, let's welcome our new coach," Daichi announced to the team.

In a coordinated and heartwarming gesture, the entire team turned around and pointed at the jacket "Wecome to Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Club"

Aeris was touched by their gesture and couldn't help but cover her mouth with her hand as she smiled. "You guys are so cute. Thank you so much," she said, bowing to express her gratitude.

Aeris then gathered the team, and they took a photo together to commemorate this special moment. The bond between the players and their coach continued to grow stronger, as they embraced Aeris as an integral part of their team.

Suga called everyone "Okay, everyone gather around, that includes you Tsukishima Kei" Tsukishima, who was less than thrilled about it.

"Argh, really? Again?" Tsukishima grumbled.

Daichi then took the lead and made an important announcement. "Everyone, since Yachi is officially our manager today…"

Kiyoko, handed Yachi a Karasuno black jacket, marking her official status as a part of the team.

The entire Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Team turned around and pointed at the jacket, presenting it to Yachi in a heartwarming gesture. "Welcome to Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Club."

Yachi, touched by the warm welcome, bowed with gratitude. "Thank you for letting me join your club."

Aeris, ever the enthusiast for capturing moments, suggested, "Okay, now let's take a picture." The team gathered around, and they snapped a photo together. Aeris assured them, "We look cute. I'll send it to you all."

But Aeris realized that she was running late for her next commitment. "Damn, I'm super late. Daichi, mina, I'll see you later. I've got to go to the dance club." She bowed to her friends on the volleyball team and then quickly sprinted off to her next club, leaving behind a joyful atmosphere as the Karasuno Boys' Volleyball Team officially welcomed Yachi as their new manager.

Karasuno High School was enveloped in an air of quiet focus as the students prepared for their final examinations before the summer break. Days of tireless studying had brought them to this critical moment, and they were determined to give it their all.

Aeris, too, was deeply engrossed in her studies, with the hope that her countless sleepless nights of preparation would prove worthwhile.

As the final subject in Social Studies drew to a close, their teacher announced, "Okay, class time is up. Pass your papers."

Nervous but determined, the students handed in their papers. The teacher couldn't help but offer some encouragement. "You guys did well. See you soon, everyone."

With the exam officially over, the students collectively rose to their feet. Naoko led the way, saying, "Stand up."

In unison, they shouted, "Otsukaresama deshita," and then they all bowed to their teacher as a sign of appreciation.

As the teacher left the room, the tension in the classroom gave way to various reactions. Some students dropped onto their desks with relief, while others sighed, groaned, or even shed a few tears.

"I'm dead," Ryota declared.

Sakura, feeling less confident, lamented, "I think I have to retake."

Tanaka, turned to Aeris with curiosity. "Did you do great, Nanachan?"

Aeris, staring into the blank space, responded with uncertainty, "I don't really know."

Reiko chimed in, reminding her of her past success, "You said that the last time, and you had the highest score."

Kai, another classmate, added with a grin, "Yeah, Nanachan, why are you so humble?"

Their classmates couldn't help but laugh, even in the midst of a stressful situation. The bonds between the students in the classroom were strong, and their camaraderie helped them through the challenging moments.
