•••Aeris, ever the resourceful and surprising individual, grabbed a spoon and used it to pop the bottle open. Coach Ukai and Takeda-sensei were taken aback by her unexpected skill.
"I was taught by my uncles," Aeris explained, her tone confident.
Tanaka couldn't resist making a cheeky remark, "Yeah, right!" However, Aeris silenced him with a death glare, leaving him to quickly change his tune.
Fuji, chimed in, "Wow, Aeris-chan has a new talent. What a talented person!" Laughter erupted around the table.
Aeris, determined to clarify her position, assured everyone, "I don't drink, I swear."
Coach Ukai, intrigued by the bottle-opening technique, was eager to learn. "That's cool, teach me," he requested.
Aeris offered a quick demonstration. "Just use a spoon, put it under the cap, and pop it off." Coach Ukai attempted it, but the cap didn't budge.
Aeris then demonstrated another method, placing the cap on the table and popping it open effortlessly. The group was impressed by her unexpected skill and playfully teased her.
Tatsuya joked, "You sure you don't drink, Aeris?"
Aeris merely shook her head, and the teasing continued, with Coach Ukai and Takeda-sensei both amused by Aeris's bottle-opening skill.
After a satisfying meal and shared moments of celebration, they bid each other farewell for the day and headed their separate ways. They each took some time to relax, take a bath, and retreat to their rooms.
As Aeris settled into the manager's room, Yukie greeted her. "Congrats, Aerisuuu,"
"Thanks Yukie!" She smiled and hugged Yukie in gratitude, and the other managers soon joined in to congratulate her as well.
As they discussed the day's events, Aeris didn't realize that she had been hugging Yachi the entire time. It was Kamiko who pointed it out with a hint of amusement. "You can stop hugging her now," she said.
Aeris looked surprised and then chuckled in embarrassment. "Oh, my, sorry, I didn't even notice. Yachi seems very cute today," she admitted, causing Yachi's cheeks to turn a shade of pink.
Yukie, chimed in, "You're just in a good mood, Aeris."
Aeris, however, insisted on her point, "Nah, she is cute. She's the youngest among all of us."
Yachi, feeling a bit flustered by the attention, decided to clarify her age. "What year were you born?" Kaori said.
"I'm '96," Yachi said, a blush tinging her cheeks.
"Ohh, she's really the youngest," Kaori said, her eyes twinkling with affection as she gave Yachi a warm hug.
Yachi turned her attention to Kaori, curious to learn more about her friends. "How about you, Kaori-san?"
" '94," Kaori replied with a smile.
Kamiko, leaned forward, intrigued. "What month?"
"14th of July," Kaori answered. "How about you, Kamiko?"
Mako said took a moment to respond. "November 10, 1995."
"March 3, 1995" Eri said
Yukie chimed in, her playful demeanor shining through. "I'm October 18, 1994."
Kiyoko, who had been quietly listening, joined the conversation. "I'm January 6, 1995."
Yukie's eyes widened in surprise. "What?! 95? We're older than you?"
Kiyoko chuckled. "Yeah, I was schooled early."
Aeris, finally spoke up. "Wait, I'm the oldest among all of you?"
The others turned their attention to Aeris, her age seemingly a mystery until now.
"Eh!!! When were you born?" Yukie exclaimed.
Aeris grinned and responded, "February 4, 1994."
Yukie laughed heartily. "Wow, Aeris-san. So, Aeris the oldest, then Kamiko, Kaori, Yukie, Kiyoko, and, lastly, our sainenshou Yachi."
Aeris chuckled at Kamiko's playful remark. "Don't 'san' me, please, I'm not that old."
Kamiko grinned mischievously and played along, "Okay, Aeris-sama."
After a long and tiring day, the team managers had finally settled in for the night, their dormitory rooms quiet, and their tired bodies craving rest. The conversations flowed until they were replaced by yawns, and one by one, the managers drifted into a peaceful slumber.
The next day dawned, and the routine began once more. Cooking, cleaning, and managing the team's needs were their responsibilities. Karasuno's players were still serving their punishment, but the managers were unfazed.
Aeris, couldn't help but smile. She remarked to Yukie, "You know what, I'm actually enjoying this."
Yukie nodded in agreement. "But, Shouldn't you atleast cheer on them"
Aeris stared at the boys and said "Nah! They'll live" Yukie chuckled and shooked her head.
After a rigorous practice session, the boys headed to the cafeteria for dinner. Following their meal, the managers dutifully washed the dishes. With their chores completed, the other girls decided to go for a walk, while some opted for a relaxing bath. Aeris, however, chose to unwind with a can of pineapple juice in hand.
As she strolled through the gym, she spotted Bokuto, Kuroo, Tsukishima, Hinata, Lev, and Akaashi engaged in an intense game of volleyball. She couldn't resist joining in.
"Yo! What y'all doing?" Aeris called out, drawing their attention.
Hinata greeted her with enthusiasm, "We need some extra practice time, is it okay, Nanachan?"
Aeris nodded and took a seat on the sidelines. "Sure, can I watch you guys play?"
Hinata beamed. "Of course!"
Kuroo chimed in with a suggestion, "We should play 3 on 3."
Lev and Hinata eagerly agreed, "Why not? It's game time!"
