Aeris is barely awake while eating

"You should go to bed. I'll just finish it," Aeris said.

"Why don't you throw it away?" Tsukishima suggested, raising an eyebrow.

"Kei, I don't waste food," Aeris replied with determination. "My hunger always beats my tiredness. I can't sleep when I'm hungry."

"No need for DNA testing; you and your cousin are the same," Tsukishima quipped.

"Of course, it runs in the family. But kidding aside, you can literally go to bed," Aeris insisted.

"No, I'll wait for you, so you won't fall asleep while eating again," Tsukishima replied, surprisingly considerate.

"Huh! Our own sassy Tsukishima Kei is being kind to me. I'll take that because tomorrow, you'll be rude to me," Aeris joked, earning a scoff from Tsukishima.

"What's on your arms?" Tsukishima noticed some marks on Aeris's arms.

Aeris rolled up her sleeves to show him. "They're bruises I got from dancing."

"Does it hurt?" Tsukishima inquired.

"Nah, it's not that bad. I got—"

"You should finish your food, Nanachan, before you start yapping" Tsukishima interrupted.

"Omge, you called me Nanachan," Aeris said, teasingly surprised.

"Why don't you announce it outside, so the whole world can hear you?" Tsukishima responded in his usual sarcastic tone.

Aeris just chuckled and finished her meal. After washing the dishes together, they both headed off to sleep.

Aeris woke up early in the morning, determined to support her high school's dance club. She prepared breakfast for the team and informed Coach Ukai of her early departure.

"You're going early," Kuroo from Nekoma remarked as they returned from their morning jogging.

"Good morning, I've got to leave early, and I'm running late. But there's breakfast at the cafeteria," Aeris explained. "See you guys later."

Aeris bowed and waved them goodbye before heading to the dance club.
