Rehan's P.O.V.

Mahi, Khala, Khalu, Amma, and Baba were gathered in a room, Mahi's old room to be precise as I glared at Amma who obviously was beginning to get anxious.  Khala had told me everything after Doctor Imam had left. . .

Doctor Imam had given Mahi some antibiotics to fight against the sexual enhancer toxins, as it made her stomach really sensitive to hold any inside. She was even throwing up water, so he had to give her an injection for now, and oral medicines for later on. Khala sat on the small vanity chair playing with her dupatta as she watched Doctor Imam pack up his things and leave.

"Alright, keep me updated."Doctor Imam said, 

"Will do," I replied, "Thank you for coming in at such short notice." 

"No problem," He responded before.  waving goodbye to Khala and leaving the room. I shut the door behind him and turned to face Khala.

"Khala?"   I ask with a knowing look, "What did you and Amma do?" 

Mahi sat up flinching as she covered her stomach with her hand, "What do you mean Rehan?"

Khala breathed out heavily. finally making eye contact with me, "It wasn't my idea," She began, "It was. Api's idea. She had already given you two the drinks before she had even told me she had mixed in the sexual enhancer."

Mahi gasped covering her mouth in shock, "I had. come over to tell you Rehan, but Api stuck to me like glue for the rest of the night, that I never got a second chance to tell you two. She assured me it wouldnt affect either of your health, but obviously, she was lying because Mahi is in this state."

"Why is Amma after this so much?" I asked angrily, 

"Pata nahi," Khala admitted, "In all the years I have known Api, she has never done something so reckless like this, she has never done anything to put any of our children in danger, but. this time, it was as if she wanted to just force you two together. Marriage is enough in my eyes, sex is something you two need to decide, whenever you two are comfortable."

Mahi awkwardly cleared her throat, "Amma, this is really unacceptable."

"I know," She whispered, "I am sorry Mahi."

Amma is not going to get away with this, she is putting people's health in jeopardy for her weird obsession with Mahi and I. . .This needs to come foreward, and hopefully, it will stop it from growing more.

"Amma." I say firmly, "Are you going to tell everyone or should I?"

Amma cleared her throat, "I-"

"Do not lie," I cut her off, 

"Rehan," Baba said glaring at me, "Do not speak to her like that."

"If you knew what your wife has done Baba, you will be speaking to her just as I am," I said back, 

"What has she done?" He questioned, 

"She spiked Mahi and I's drink with sexual enhancers." I blurted out, "Khala is a. witness, Amma is. the reason why Mahi is like this, and from the looks of it she has no regrets either."

Amma shut her eyes as she heard my words, "Kinza?" Baba asked in shock, "Is this true?"

Amma breathed out heavily, "Yes but," She began but was cut off as Baba stood up intimidatingly infront of her, shutting her up effectively, "M-Meri baat suno Zaid."  (Please hear me out, Zaid.)
