Trinity Smith has been starving for more out of her marriage to Meech. Three years in and she feels alone, untouched, and unsatisfied. Especially behind closed doors. The spark is gone, and no matter how hard she tries, it feels like she's begging f...

Autumn, the season of transition arrives with a gentle whisper in the city of Chicago; signaling the end of summer's warmth and the onset of a new chapter in nature's cycle.
As the days begin to shorten and the air takes on a crisp edge, the world transforms into a mesmerizing tapestry of colors. The trees, that once adorned in lush green, now burst in a riot of reds, oranges, and yellows, their branches ablaze with the vibrant hues of fall.
The landscape was bathed in a warm, golden light as the sun casts its gentle glow upon the earth, painting everything with its soft touches.
"Good afternoon, Rose. I truly apologize for the delay. I'm Dr. Smith, and I'll be your new gynecologist" Greeted Trinity with a warm smile as she stepped into the compact hospital room, immediately spotting a woman with mocha-colored skin sitting on an armless chair.
The sharp scent of the hospital tingled in their noses, causing both the women to wrinkle in response. And other than the occasional cries of a child and the familiar beeping of medical equipment, the room was wrapped in silence.
"Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you" Responded the woman with an inviting smile as Tink settled herself, clutching a clipboard and a portion of paperwork in her right hand.
"If you don't mind my asking, have you had a consistent gynecologist before?"
"No, the last time I even went to a gynecologist was when I was thirteen" Rose said, receiving a slight chuckle from Trinity as she noticed the woman's yikes expression.
"That's okay girl! It happens. However, I do have a few questions for you. Is that fine?"
"Yes, of course"
"Wonderful. Firstly, do you experience irregular menstrual cycles?"
"Um, no, I don't believe so" Tink transcribed Rose's responses onto the white piece of paper attached to the clipboard, the pen that had been tucked into her dark blue scrubs now in her hand.
This was Trinity's last patient for today, and to say she was happy and eager to leave was an understatement. Not only because it was Friday, but also because she had a date with her close friend in another hour.
However, she loved working and being a gynecologist. She's been doing it for almost four years now. And while the job had its highs and lows, the compensation provided financial security for herself and her household.
She was also well-acquainted with the job altogether too. Though, she'll receive small comments from people saying that she didn't fit the stereotype of a gynecologist due to her skin color and the depth in her voice; which she found somewhat odd.
"Are you sexually active?" The questions continued.
"Yes"
"Do you use condoms or any form of birth control?"
