CHLOE

Hindi ko ine-expect na darating ako sa puntong ito ng buhay ko- na a-attend ako sa burol ng sarili kong kaibigan.

I wore a sleeveless mini dress with a round neckline and a ruffled hem.

It is white. Si Shane, she's one of the purest people I know. It is her. She's the the white.

It's never her fault people took advantage of her kindness. She was never heard. They consider her feelings when she's dead.

Nakita ko kung pa'no naging balisa ang mga kaibigan ko, lalo na si Lueese na bestfriend ni Shane. Halos hindi na siya kumakain, nakakatulog at maka-usap.

In the corner, I saw Hazel. She was wearing a white simple white top with short sleeves. It has a square neckline with a lace trim. The fabric is thin and fitted at the waist. The hem is uneven, longer on one side and also has lace. Paired with light gray flared jeans with a unique design detail at the waist.  The waistband has an attached, overlapping panel that creates a sort of high-waisted, belted look with metal buckles.

Magulo ang buhok niya at wala siyang ayos. Nanginginig ang kamay habang nakatitig lamang sa kabaong ng kaibigan.

Pinuntahan ko siya.

"Jann,"

Umupo ako sa tabi niya.

She looked at me. "'Eto na naman tayo,"

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang dapat kong maramdaman at ipakita sa kanila. I feel so numb. Sobrang manhid na 'ko.

Pakiramdam ko obligasiyon kong maging malakas kasi alam kong ako lang ang kakapitan nila.

I still didn't get the justice for my Mom and Chris, now Shane is gone. My life relapsed. I was on the top of the mountain and in one move, I fell back again from the bottom.

"Paano na 'yan? Paano na ulit tayo babangon niyan? Chloe, I lost everyone." As soon as she said that, tears fall down from her eyes.

"I'm sorry,"

Iyon lang ang lumabas sa bibig ko. I felt mute. Wala akong ibang masabi dahil masiyadong masakit. Sa tuwing ibubuka ko ang bibig ko para magsalita, pakiramdam ko dudurog na naman ako.

"When Chris died, I died too. But only him stopped breathing."

That got me.

Sumandal siya sa akin. Hindi ako gumalaw. Hinayaan kong mabasa ang balikat ko sa mga luha niya.

"I would never leave you. Gano'n din sina Lueese, Mikayla, Kyra at Chescka. Nandito kami. Kapatid mo kami." I whispered.

I let her rest on my shoulder until she falls asleep. Not a long ago nang makita ko ang iba pa naming kaibigan.

Mikayla is just staring at the coffin. She was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt paired with gray wide-leg jeans.

Nasa tabi niya ni Kyra who's wearing a black leather jacket with black cropped polo shirt inside paired with leather mini skirt and black high boots.

Sa lahat ng mga narito, siya lang ang naka-itim. The rest are wearing white, symbolizing Shane. Pure. Light.

Naka-sandal si Mikayla sa kaniya habang nakatulala. She keeps on whispering words to her, probably trying to calm her down.

Lueese and Chescka are together at the corner, close to us. Chescka was wearing a white short-sleeved polo shirt paired with light wash wide-leg jeans. Lueese on the other hand was wearing a white off-shoulder sweater and a light wash denim mini skirt with a double-layered ruffle hem.
