"You wanted me at my strongest, so here I am." Torosu said.

"Are you going to fight? Or keep talking?" Tatsumi said.

Torosu then closed the distance between them in an instant and punched in the gut, then followed with a knee to the face.

Torosu then began unleashing a flurry of strikes at Tatsumi, then Tatsumi put distance between them, but Torosu followed and continued his unrelenting assault on Tatsumi.

"TOO SLOW!" Torosu boasted.

Tatsumi was evaded by Torosu again with an after image.

Torosu then snuck up behind Tatsumi and kicked him to the ground, then stomped Tatsumi into the ground and just as Tatsumi got back to his feet, Torosu rushed him again.

Torosu unleashed a flurry of attacks on Tatsumi again, until Tatsumi caught both of his hands.

"Give it up, Torosu." Tatsumi said as the two struggled for the upper hand.

Torosu then kneed Tatsumi in the gut, thus ending the stalemate.

"Now, I get you're impressed, but I have a confession to make, that was only a warmup." Torosu said, breathing heavily.

"Well, that's a relief." Tatsumi smirked. "I was beginning to think that was as strong you gotten."

The planet was weakening by the minute. Mountains were caving in. The ground began splitting apart.

"Alright, enough fucking around." Torosu chuckled. "Times up, it's been fun, but you're finished. Before I wipe you from existence, there's is something you should know. You are good, maybe even the strongest warrior in the multiverse, that is, if it weren't for me."

In the Spirit Realm:

"You got to be kidding me." King San said. "Why did he wait?! If he hadn't let Torosu reach full power, we wouldn't be in this mess."

"King San answer. This is Budo." General Budo said telepathically.

"Yeah, what is it." King San said.

"Me and Syura are finished finding the RongoRongo Books." Budo said.

"And?" King San said.

"Night Raid will be removed from your care shortly. Except for Tatsumi's Tuffle friends because as I mentioned before, they wish not to come back." Budo said.

"Okay so, the Rongo Books on Earth resurrect multiple people at once?" King San asked.

"Yes. I was planning bring back everyone else that was killed by the Tuffles when they first arrived on earth." Budo said.

"Well, that makes them superior to the zulian Rongo Books." King San said. "What if the people we wanted to bring back weren't on earth? What they were on a faraway planet? Would it still work then?"

"Perhaps. Those who have died over a year ago would be excluded." Budo said.

"Could someone who died of natural causes be brought back?" King San asked.

"No. Those who have died due to natural causes cannot be brought back." Budo clarified.

"What if a person's was life was indirectly shortened? Does that still count?" King San asked.

"That is a good question." Budo said.

"I have decided to change the wish." King San said. "Say "Everyone who was killed by Torosu and his henchmen."

"What are you getting at?" Budo said.

"We don't have much time, so I'll keep it brief." King San said. "We'll use the books on earth to bring back everyone who was killed by Torosu and his henchmen if there is truly no limit to how many people can be brought back. We'll save the majority of the zulian race maybe even Ruler Abi, for a short at least. And unless I'm mistaken the zulian books still had one wish left over before Ruler Abi died but if we can bring him back, yes that is a very big *if* but if we can bring him back, the zulian books should become accessible again, allowing us to get the last wish."
