Tatsumi stared down Torosu as Torosu smirked at Tatsumi's determination.
"It's fucking ridiculous how strong he's gotten." Leone thought. "How did he get so strong?"
Tatsumi shot Akame a look, signaling to get somewhere out of harm's way, which Akame instantly picked up on.
"Guys we need to get out of here!" Akame alerted as she took to the sky as Leone and Chelsea followed suit.
"Hey TJ! Come on kid!" Chelsea shouted.
"Get him dad!! Make him pay for what he did! Let that monster have it!!" TJ said as he also took to the sky.
"You got it son." Tatsumi thought.
Tatsumi then charged at Torosu.
Showing off their incredible power with each blow, the two countered each other's moves over and over until Torosu fired an energy that Tatsumi block using Incursio to create a barrier. In the smoke, Torosu blindly fired rapid finger beams, all missing Tatsumi.
"So, that's it." Tatsumi deducted. "He can't sense energy."
Torosu then flew into the smoke and spotted Tatsumi and continued fired, enlarging the dust clouds even further.
"Dad, please be okay." TJ said.
"TJ!!" Akame shouted as she tackled TJ to the ground, managing to save him from a stray energy beam.
Leone and Chelsea also dodged it as well.
"Jesus fucking Christ!" Chelsea said.
"Way too fucking close." Leone chuckled.
Tatsumi and Torosu were now trading planet-shaking blows back and forth until Torosu got the upper hand and fired a point-blank beam at Tatsumi.
After scanning the dust covered area, Tatsumi then appeared behind Torosu, now the two were facing back-to-back surrounded by smoke and dust.
The smoke then cleared, revealing them standing on a cylinder-shaped rock structure. The platform then crumbled, the two remained in the air.
After a few moments, Tatsumi, without warning, made the first move, trying to surprise Torosu but, Torosu dodged it and seemingly vanished.
Tatsumi, now wary about his surroundings, began feeling out and sensing Torosu's presence but to no avail.
Quick seconds turned to agonizing minutes.
With Mine:
Mine was drinking water from a lake.
"Man, this shit sucks." Mine pouted.
Mine then began feeling upset at herself for not being able to fight alongside her son, boyfriend and friends.
"I know that I literally can't fight with my mental and physical strength being compromised right now but I can't take this anymore I should be there with them." Mine moped. "My babies..."
Mine was then snapped out of her thoughts by an army of zulian squirrels.
"What the fuck?!" Mine exclaimed.
On the battlefield:
Torosu then ambushed Tatsumi by firing a powerful energy beam at him.
Tatsumi stood his ground as the beam began driving him back into a boulder, Tatsumi was driven through the boulder but after a few moments Tatsumi managed to throw the beam into the air, impressing Torosu in the process.
"Fuck, that was hot." Tatsumi grunted as he shook his hands in order to cool them down.
"Well, well, he's actually not that bad." Torosu thought.
