"You do know me well. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't intrigued." Esdeath smirked.
"Say what?" Future TJ said.
"Alright then. I'll allow myself to be goaded into your trap." Esdeath said. "Hurry and obtain this final form."
"No Esdeath! Stop him! If you let--"
"Hush TJ darling." Esdeath said. "I will take no pride in defeating this pathetic worm in his current state"
"Esdeath please..." Future TJ begged.
"TJ, baby, it'll be fine." Esdeath assured.
"Go. Now." Esdeath ordered to Vain.
Vain then flew off to find Drone #8.
"I'll be right here waiting, Vain." Esdeath smirked.
But Future TJ then appeared in front of Vain.
"Esdeath may condone this, but I will not." Future TJ said as he transformed into his Incursio form.
"Sorry Stylish, I know how hard you worked on this..." Lubbock mumbled.
Lubbock then crushed the controller.
"You have to get out of here or this will be for nothing if you let Vain find you." Lubbock said. "Now go!"
"I don't understand. You had me. You could've shut me down before I even realized you were here." Drone #8 said. "Why would you just let me go?"
"Well I..." Lubbock stuttered.
"Move it boy. I don't have the patience to deal with you right now." Vain said. "I have a Drone to find."
"You can forget about reaching your final form. If you want Eight, then you'll have to get past me first." Future TJ said.
"Fine if that's the way you want it." Vain said.
Vain tried to attack TJ but was met with a punch to the gut and a kick to the back.
Vain tried to fly away again but Future TJ blocked him again.
Vain then fired an energy beam at Future TJ but he deflected and sent it crashing into the water.
"TJ, don't interfere." Esdeath said.
"Yeah. Control this boy or I..." Vain then spotted Drone #8.
"Drone #8, I found her." Vain thought.
"Oh no." Future TJ gasped as he saw Drone #8.
"I knew it! I knew she was close! She's been right here under my radar then whole time!" Vain thought. "It's really happening! I will finally realize the full potential of my design! The ultimate strength, speed, agility, intellect! At last, I will know finality!"
"What are they doing! They aren't even paying attention to us over here!" Future TJ said.
"I thought you all wanted to destroy us. So, why smash the controller?" Drone #8 asked.
"Because...." Lubbock stammered. "I can't even get two words out with her looking at me like that."
"Look! The reason's not important right now! All that matters is getting you as far away from Vain as possible. If Vain absorbs you, that means game over for the whole world!" Lubbock said.
"Hey! You've been spotted! Run for it!" Future TJ alerted.
Vain then made a beeline for Drone #8.
"Don't even think about it!" Future TJ said as he followed Vain.
