Floating amongst the rubble in the aftermath of Zulo's destruction, was Torosu who was in pieces but still conscious.
"I, Torosu, humiliated by that Tuffle..." Torosu coughed.
With King Teal and his spaceship:
"Your majesty, it seems Planet Zulo was completely destroyed." a henchman said. "No one could've survived it, not even your..."
King Teal looked the henchman in the face which caused him to quiver in fear.
"My Torosu has met his doom..." King Teal said. "My clan is feared throughout the mulitverse, what fool dares challenge our supremacy."
King San then walked to a window.
"I will afford him the honor of dying by the hands of King Teal himself!" King Teal thought.
Using sheer force, King Teal shatter the window causing a breach in the ship and everything to be sucked out, including a henchman.
"Your majesty, look!" a henchman said.
The cameras showed Torosu floating near the rocks.
"Bring him aboard now, or I'll sent you idiots to join him." King Teal ordered.
Torosu was brought aboard the ship and hours were spent surgically repairing his body.
After the surgery was completed, Torosu regained consciousness and sat up which brought a smile to King Teal's face.
Torosu then sat up.
"Father, we're going to earth right now." Torosu said. "The Super Tuffle must die."
On Earth:
It's been a year a since Tatsumi defeated Torosu during Planet Zulo's final moments. A rare calm for his friends and family. But Tatsumi still hasn't returned home. Leaving Night Raid with the burning question of "why"?
"Hey TJ, lunch is ready." Mine said.
"Yay! Woahh!! Oof!" TJ said as he fell backwards on his chair.
"Kid is always overexcited." Lubbock chuckled.
"I mean it is Susanoo's cooking." Akame said as she didn't even try to hide the fact that she was blatantly sampling the food.
At the Capital:
"I got to say guys, I'm loving this whole peace thing." Wave said.
"Yeah, but I can't help but just wonder where the commander ran off to." Bols said as she brought some tea.
"I'm sure she's out just rummaging through space chasing after Tatsumi." Kurome said.
"I mean who wouldn't." Suzuka shrugged. "Have you seen him?"
"Don't tell me you have the hots for him too." Seryu said.
"Well, maybe." Suzuka winked.
"I can't blame you." Cosmina said. "There is no man like Tatsumi."
"His blood was the best I've ever drank." Dorothea said. "I don't think anything will ever come close to that experience."
"Hey, wasn't that when he got captured by the capital and you and me had to take "care" of him?" Suzuka said.
"Sure was." Dorothea chuckled.
"How many times do I have to keep telling you ladies..." Wave said. "Tatsumi is in a committed relationship with Mine, they even have a son together for fucks sake."
"That doesn't mean we can't fanaticize, Wave." Cosmina said.
"That also means I don't want to hear you guys simping over him." Wave said.
