Two months later {Azhar's Graduation}

Khalid tried to find out more about Zianna but all he could find was something new. The only thing he could do was send her an email about the job that Laila along with him planned at her graduation two months ago.

Today is Azhar's graduation. His entire family would be there supporting him.

"We are so proud of you," his mother Hayat says while looking at him lovingly. "And I know that after this your uncle has offered you to intern and then work for him after some time," she added with a smile.

"Azhar, you made us proud of you because of the way you stood up for what you wanted to do as a career and also as our son," his father Aayan says, hugging him. "You four are my life, my family and my whole world," he added ruffling his son's hair.

"Okay, I need to go and take my seat but I need to show you yours..."

"It is okay, Habiby, we will find our way. You go ahead and take your seat," Aayan says, interrupting his son. Before Azhar could say anything else, Aayan pointed behind his son's back where his grandparents, uncle, aunt plus his cousins were sitting.

"Okay, I understand. I will see you after the ceremony."

With one last hug from his parents, Azhar walked to the seat he was assigned to.

"Azhar, can we talk..."

"No, you made your decision and I made mine. I won't follow someone who thinks lowly of me just because I fell in love with a girl who in the end chose a different guy..."

Before Azhar could finish what he was saying to her. The speaker started with the programme that was followed by giving the diplomas to the graduates.

"I will call each graduate to the stage to come and receive their diploma."

After a few speeches, it was time for the graduates to be called to come to the stage.

"Azhar Muhsin".

Rising from his seat, Azhar walked across the stage to receive his diploma. As he stood tall, a smile illuminating his face, the air was filled with a tangible sense of accomplishment and pride. Although the journey was arduous and filled with obstacles, he never gave up and ultimately graduated.

Amid the cheers and applause, Azhar was overcome with gratitude. He thanked his family, friends, and teachers for their guidance and support. Each person had contributed significantly to his success, and he was overwhelmed with appreciation for their efforts.

With his diploma in hand, Azhar stood there, gazing towards a future filled with optimism and excitement. He realized that this was only the beginning and that new adventures and challenges were awaiting him beyond the stage. However, in this moment of triumph, he indulged in the satisfaction of his accomplishment, fully aware of the effort he had put in and the success he had earned. Graduation day was a day he would never forget, a day that marked the start of a new chapter in his life.

As he walked back to where his family was, Azhar was stopped by someone he needed to tell them goodbye forever.

"Azhar..."

He didn't even bother to listen to her explanations and just walked away. But this didnt go unnoticed by his Aunt Leila who was watching him from where she was standing.

"Congratulations Azhar!"

His parents, siblings and grandparents hugged him while his Uncle Khalid was beaming with pride.

Khalid always wanted someone to take over the firm but his daughter Hanan wanted something different. He didnt pressure her to be someone she isn't.

"Well, are you ready to become a lawyer now?" Khalid asks after hugging him.

"Yes alhamdulillah I am but with your guidance and Mamma, Dad's advice, yes I am ready to be a lawyer," he answered while his parents looked at him proudly.

This is what Hayat and Aayan wanted for all their children. For them to have the freedom to do whatever their hearts desire when it comes to their career choices.

"We are so proud of you, Azhar," his grandparents tell him.

"Thank you so much. It was with your prayers and motivation that I graduated today, alhamdulilah."

Azaan stared at his younger brother and smiled knowing that Azhar would make a great lawyer.

Alhamdulilah, he fulfilled his dream of being a lawyer, to help others who are in need. And to make our parents.

When things aren't meant to be, you shouldn't be sad about them. Because what it meant for you will be yours and no one will stop you from achieving it.
