Not Everything Is As It Seems.

After spending time with her sisters and sister-in-law, Zianna started feeling weak due to her condition. The doctor advised her not to overdo anything harmful to her health.

Zianna kept a smile on her face, but inside, she was hurting. She didn't realise that Zoya was looking at her and immediately got up from where she was sitting and walked over to Zianna.

"Are you okay?" Zoya asked. "You aren't, right? Do you need to go to the hospital?" She added.
Zianna smiled and shook her head.

"I just need to rest for a while. I get tired easily these days because of my bad heart. I am fine, don't worry," she said, smiling.

"Okay, why don't you go and rest in the guest room. Dahlia already kept everything ready for you to spend the night," Zoya said, while Dahlia got up and walked towards Zianna.

"Come on, let's get you to bed. I will wake up when it's time for dinner. Is that okay?" Dahlia asked.

Zianna just nodded with a smile.

I guess this is what the doctor meant when he said that time was running out for me. I am sorry, Azhar, because you married someone with a weak heart and someone who isn't healthy

Dahlia and Zianna walked together to the guest room. Dahlia opened the door and led Zianna to the bed.

"Let me tuck you in. And remember, if you need anything, just let me know. I mean it, Zia", Dahlia said, pulling the blanket to cover Zianna's body.

"I won't worry. And thank you for being here with me and for being my sister," Zianna said. "I love you, Dahlia," she added, trying not to cry.

"You are my big sister, and I will always be here for you. I love you too, Zia. Now get some rest. I will wake up when dinner is ready", Dahlia said.

As soon as Dahlia walked out, Zianna couldn't hold back her tears.

It was the first time since her diagnosis that she had ever cried for herself.

I don't want to be ungrateful, but I don't want to die. I still want to have a family. Children. But if it's my time, then I will accept it.

Meanwhile, Zoya was worried about Zianan's health.

"I am worried about her. She looked pale and I don't know how to help her. The doctor keeps saying that she is in second place on the heart transplant list. But..."

"Hey, we have to be positive about her health. Remember, miracles do happen, and we can't lose hope, especially now that we are together," Nour said. "I pray that Zia gets the heart very soon, as it has been almost one and a half years since her diagnosis. In shaa Allah, she will get better," she added.

"We have to be strong for her and Azhar. I know that he would do anything and everything for her to be healthy. Zianna doesn't deserve this. She deserves to be happy and healthy. I pray that her health improves, in shaa Allah", Zoya said, holding her daughter close to her.

I pray that Zianna gets her happy ending, and everyone will be happy.

Dahlia and Nour started preparing food for dinner while Zoya was feeding her daughter Aizah.
After feeding Aizah, Zoya went to wake up Zianna, but as soon as she entered the room, she knew that Zianna wasn't feeling well.

Zoya hurriedly moved to the bed and shook Zianna, but there was no movement.

She then placed her hand on Zianna's forehead and felt that it was hot.

"She caught an infection. Ya, Allah!!. Dahlia, Nour, hurry. Come here", she yelled at the two sisters who rushed in to see what was going on.

"What is going on, Zoya?" Dahlia asked, taking Aizah in her arms.
