"Sir, I gave you the wrong documents..."

Every time a smile emerges as you reminisce about a phrase or even a dream. Imagine having someone who can always make you smile, even when you are feeling down. The chosen few are the ones who can be your sun during your darkest times, not just anyone.

Azhar walked into the building with the hope that it wouldn't be a bad day as last week when she came to see him even though he told her many times that they were over. She made her choice and he wasn't the one she picked.

As his mother always told him; "Never be anyone's second choice while you make them your first choice. Thats not how love and life work".

His decision to never get into another haraam relationship was something that Hayat was always against.

Hayat wanted her children to get married and be happy the halal way.

"Asalam Aleikum, Uncle..."

"Waleikum Salaam, Azhar. You seemed happy today. Is it because of Miss..."

"Uncle, no. We are just colleagues and thats all we will ever be. Besides, I might transfer her to a different lawyer and I know that the lawyer will need her more than me," Azhar said to his Uncle, he didnt even notice that Zianna just walked into the building and heard everything that he said.

Thats what you get for keeping your hopes up, Zia. Now, I will need to remove what I wrote on the list because that isn't for someone especially, after I discovered what I have. But all I can say is Alhamdulilah, so many times.

Khalid looked up just in time to see Zianna's teary eyes looking bad at him. He immediately knew that she had heard what his nephew just said about her.

Zianna just shook her head and quickly walked into the elevator when Khalid wanted to approach her.

"Never say that because you don't know what will happen in future. You have no idea what will happen or will change. Only Allah knows, Azhar," Khalid explains to his nephew. "Don't be someone who would hurt people will words that can't be taken back," he added leaving his nephew dumbfounded.

Allah knows, Uncle. But I can't be in the same situation I was in while I was at University. I wish it was different but who knows, right?

Azhar shook his head and walked into the elevator to get to his office. He was sure that Zianna was already at the office because work earlier than he did and that great thing about having her as his assistant/secretary.

The moment the elevator stopped, Azhar could smell the fresh cup of coffee that Zianna always had waiting for him every morning.

"Asalam Aleikum, Sir. Here is your coffee and on top of your desk some documents need your signature so that I can start filing them," Zianna states while giving him the cup of hot coffee.

"Waleikum Salaam. Okay. Thank you for the coffee," Azhar replies and then walks into his office leaving Zianna dumbfounded because of what just happened.

He said thank you for the first time in almost one year. Well, thats one thing he should learn how to do for everyone...

But her chain of thoughts was interrupted when the intercom started ringing indicating that Azhar was calling her. She was puzzled because he was just here a few minutes ago and now he wanted something again.

Zianna picked up.

"Miss. Hussein, could you please come to my office with the file I had given you to review?" Azhar asks his assistant.

Now, it is time to see Mister's face. Why does he always look so serious? Maybe he needs someone to remind him that life isn't always about being serious all the time.
