Chapter 11

Inpu's POV

With everything being planned out and set into motion to be completed soon, I realized I was stuck in a lot more meetings and planning so I didn't have much alone time for Bryan.

I felt bad about it, mostly cause we had to cancel some plans due to a last minute emergency I had to deal with involving a few other demons.

My mind would constantly fill with ideas on how I could make it up to him, but nothing ever seemed like it would work.

Eventually, it reached time I had to visit the cult regarding a sacrifice, but I had to make myself known so they would stop sending sacrifices for marriage purposes, which gave me an idea.

Bryan never really got to see what his realm normally looked like, so I thought since I would be bringing him anyways, when we "go back" to my realm, we just teleport somewhere else so I can change forms.

He didn't know much, he just knew that I wouldn't leave him alone but I had to deal with cult stuff, so he was willing to go despite the fear he had for the cult.

Since I was going to deal with the cult in my demon form, I decided to wear my more royal clothes to make it known that I was truly the demon they worshiped, but as I was getting dressed, Bryan managed to walk in on me.

"Look, I don't care how you choose to go around the house, but please lock the door if you're getting changed"

"Why does this worry you?"

"Cause the amount of times I've come in and you've not been wearing anything just feels weird"

"Is it part of the you know nothing about relationships thing or the gay panic thing?"

"Pretty sure its both, I know you have stuff you need to wear, but is there anything I need to wear?"

"Yes, actually, I decided since I have to bring you as proof I might as well have you look beautiful"

"Oh? What exactly do you have?"

"Long robes similar to mine except white with a gold trim plus a vail to hide your face"

"May I ask why the vail is needed, don't get me wrong, I like the fact I can hide my face, but why do you think I need it?"

"Because if you've forgotten, the cult leader decided to try something on you the night you became mine, still not fully sure what he wanted to happen since it didn't go far, but I don't want him seeing you"

"I guess that makes sense, I guess I should get changed then"

"Yup, I will be going soon"

Bryan just nodded before he found where I put his clothes.

I left the room so he could have some privacy before going to finish putting on a few things that went with the demon look the cult knew.

After I finished getting ready, I heard a tiny squeak from behind me and when I looked over to see who it was, I just saw Bryan trying to look away while he heavily blushed.

"Like what you see?"

"I've only seen you like this once, so I guess I was taken by surprise"

"Well, I'm not the only good looking one in this room, you look lovely"

"Really? I wasn't too sure about this"

"Gem, if I get you anything, please know its because I think you'd look lovely in it, I'd never get you anything that you'd look bad in"

He just walked over to me and began to lean on my chest so I wrapped my arms around him.

My magic began to tell me it was time, so while I still had Bryan close to me, I lowered the vail which he had on top of his head for the time being before I used my magic to transport us.
