We talked for a little while, discussing his band, what next and all that stuff. I still had no idea where Niki went.

I finally braved the courage to ask Sunghoon, I know I probably shouldn't asked him of all people, but I was beginning to become agitated.

"Hey, where'd Niki go?" I asked him, his smile dropping a slight bit, but he still remained positive.

"Niki? Uhh." Sunghoon stood up from his seat, looking around and walking to see if Niki was here, "Wait, I actually have no idea."

He approached Jungwon, asking him where Niki left to, and shortly after, he returned to me with an answer.

"He went home, said his guitar needs to be restrung, so." Sunghoon shrugged, flashing me a smile as he crossed his arms, looking a little nervous, "Why?"

I swallowed hard, I should one hundred percent just quit this thing with Sunghoon. I felt honestly bad, leading him on like this, and I know he was notorious for that kind of thing with other girls too, but I couldn't really bring myself to do it.

Moreover, It felt a bit wrong having something with his best friend, Niki, and then pretending as if I don't to his face.

But, I mean, I wasn't dating Sunghoon, we were just flirtatious to each other.

Never knew I'd live to the day where I'd think about these things, but new places change people, I guess.

"Damn, I need to speak to him, Eunmi is dating his friend or something like that, and she just wants me to relay a few messages over to him." I lied straight to his face, giving a small smile as he nodded his head, believing it completely.

How the hell do these guys not feel bad for doing this to girls on a regular? I feel like an absolute asshole for doing this to one guy, nevermind doing it to many.

"I can drop you off to his place if you'd like." Sunoo walked into the place where me and Sunghoon were sat down in, "I need to grab something from his place anyways."

"Oh, sure, thanks." I stood up, waving Sunghoon goodbye as he did the same. I followed Sunoo, out towards his car as he gave a sigh.

"He left real quick, never knew that getting his guitar restrung was such an urgent matter to him." Sunoo mentioned, and I was rather intrigued by his words.

I began to have a feeling of dread creep over me, all about this penpal thing and all these lyrics. I was trying hard to convince myself that it wasn't true, and I was just making things up. But a good chunk of things pieced together perfectly in my head and whatnot.

I still held my head high, thinking that I was being completely unreasonable and that I probably need to sleep more.

"How long have you been playing for?" I questioned Sunoo, I tried to hold my doubts high by asking questions.

My penpal has been playing in a band for four years so far, he said anyways, so, if Sunoo actually says four years, I think I might fly out of the window.

"Eh, like, what, three years? Maybe longer maybe less? No idea." Sunoo shrugged, not really thinking too deeply into it as I just spaced out for a little.

Okay, well that answer wasn't the most helpful, but it did ease that dread a little more. I believed that it couldn't be him, out of all the guitarists in the world, I highly doubted that the one I was writing to, was the one I had just saw.

I took in a deep breath, nervous with every second we got closer to his place, up until we made it to his house. I followed behind Sunoo, trying to connect my thoughts together as much as I could.

There was no way - honestly, the chances were just too low for something like this to occur.

Sunoo waited for Niki to open the gate, and as he did, the heavy feeling of dread filled my stomach once again. I think I was on the verge of throwing up right here, right now.

Niki opened the door to his house before we even made it to the front, and he looked at me, confused as to why I was here.

"Niki, I left my equipment here, you know where it is?" Sunoo asked Niki, his eyes were just straight on me, he swallowed hard.

"Uh yeah, on the.. kitchen island." Niki seemed awfully nervous too, which was very odd for a guy like him. Sunoo stepped in, which left only the two of us here.

"We need to talk." I walked straight past him, into his house as he shut the door behind me, following me behind swiftly.
