→I glanced over at Niki, the callous gaze fixed on me ever so intently. His brows were lightly furrowed, expression his annoyance as he observed my face.
"Got something to say?" I looked at him, giving him a contemptuous, self-satsified grin.
"Quit hitting on my friends." Was all he said, and to be honest, I thought he'd sugarcoat it a little before actually telling me what he's mad at me for, but no, he said it straight up.
"What? Do you want them for yourself? Don't you have Yejin?" I chuckled scornfully, crossing my arms, I could smell the liquor I spilled on myself so intensely.
"It's not an option Haeun, it's a demand; don't hit on my friends." Niki tried to scare me with his little cold attitude, but I just found this honestly, amusing.
I laughed in his face.
"Well, if you excuse me, I'm on my way to find both Sunghoon, and Jake." I taunted him, with the most devious smile printed on my face.
I turned around, heading straight into the crowd before he could get the chance to stop me. I pushed my way through people, quickly finding myself around.
I finally found the grand staircase, and I hurriedly ran up the stairs, my one and only goal was to find those two guys somewhere.
I had no idea where exactly they were, but from what I can infer, they're somewhere upstairs.
Upon the dozens of people making out in rooms, and against walls, I think I searched pretty much most of the rooms.
Damn, were they not upstairs?
But, I continued walking, looking around as the music began to quieten the deeper I made my way into the upstairs floor. This floor was purely filled with people drunkenly making out with each other.
As I turned another corner, heading into another separate hallway, the music began to muffle, and I could hear conversations from each room now.
I stopped, hearing the voices of two guys coming from a certain room, the door was partially opened, but from what I knew, it was definitely Sunghoon and Jake.
"Haeun? The new girl?" Jake mentioned my name, and what convenient timing that I was here in this moment they were talking about me.
"Damn, she's so fine. Fuck, you should've seen her for yourself. She's exactly my type." Sunghoon gave a low chuckle, followed by a large sigh.
"Hey, Sunghoon, I get you, but didn't Niki say hands off Haeun?" Jake suddenly mentioned, and my brows creased in concentration, wondering what the hell Jake was talking about.
"Niki has so many girls on standby and he tells us all to not mess with Haeun? Come on, how is this fair? He's got a thing with Yejin right now, not Haeun." Sunghoon revealed, and I was honestly puzzled, in a flurry of thought for a brief moment.
Why the hell was Niki telling his friends that I was off limits to them?
"More like Yejin has a thing for Niki, but irrelevant. I don't know if this is right Sunghoon." Jake gave an exasperated sigh, "You know Niki won't be impressed if you and Haeun hit it off nicely."
"We've got something going on, seriously Jake, I have never met a girl like her before." Sunghoon continued trying to explain himself and justify what was going on, me on the other hand, I was having the time of my life, eavesdropping and chuckling to myself.
Still, I was a little stumped on the fact that Niki wouldn't let any of his friends make their move on me.
There was a sound of movement, and I could hear them walking around the room. So in a panic, I hurriedly made my way out of there, heading back to the main corridors where people were just eating each others faces left and right.
But as I made my way towards the staircase again, people began screaming and yelling, rushing and pushing each other out of the way.
I looked across the banister, down at the crowds of people who were in a hurry to get the hell out, my brows drawn together, I looked around in confusion but also in concern.
People from the floor I was on began to run down the stairs, pushing me out of the way.
As people were running past me, I could hear people screaming and shouting.
"THERE'S POLICE RAIDING THIS PLACE, RUN!!" A man yelled, rushing down the stairs as best as he could.
People were trying to flee left and right, and from the amount of people pushing out at the same time, I couldn't move from the top floor, I was basically stuck.
But eventually, I made my way down the stairs, and it was even worse here, people were in such a hurry that I was being pushed around like a fucking game of football, I couldn't even orient myself as to where I was, because there were just that many people - that it felt as if I was in a room with no exit.
