"I don't know Niki, I don't know anything anymore." I gave a groan, "Everything happened so fast, it confused me completely, and to me, it felt like you needed me for only one thing."

"But I don't, I need you for everything Haeun, I need you to keep me sane, I need you to help me, I need you because I love you." In a fit of small exasperation, Niki blurt out.

I gazed over to him as he said those words. Sure, he made some mistakes, and so did I, but surely we could move past that.

After all, he was the man that I literally dreamt of in those letters, he was everything I had ever wanted.

The silence between us suddenly fell into a comfortable silence, the warm wind gusts twirling around the two of us.

"You do?"

"Yes, yes I fucking do. I was trying to tell you all this time, it just never came out right every time." Niki rubbed his face in frustration, "Music means everything to me, and you're the one who made me who I am. You are everything to me."

Though a little wine-drunk, I could still understand everything he was saying to me clearly. My lips curved into a smile, but I looked to the side, trying to hide it away from him.

What a great place to confess your love for someone. Will I even remember this tomorrow or what?

"You know what, I'd be lying if I said I didn't love you too, sure, you fucked up big time, but it doesn't even matter anymore Niki." I turned to face him, my hands lightly resting on his chest as he stared down at me.

"I miss you Haeun." Niki's voice was low as he leant in pulling my face into a kiss, a slow, rather mellow kiss between the two of us, and as he pulled away, "And those lips."

"I missed you too Niki, it's been too long." I chuckled, linking my arm with his as we slowly made our way out of the rooftop, down to the main area where majority of people were still partying.

I was still yet to understand where the girls went, maybe they went home, or maybe they just were hanging around here somewhere.

Niki turned his head to look at me as we made our way out of the place.

"Hey, but this means you won't be hitting on Sunghoon no more, right?" Niki had to double check for confirmation, and I just gave a small laugh.

"Damn, so I can't have both?" I joked, but he didn't find my little comment amusing, he just stopped, not walking any further and staring at me with a slight pout in his lips.

"Uh, absolutely not." Niki scoffed, looking down at me with such pettiness.

"You know I'm kidding, relax. I wasn't even into Sunghoon anyways, just did it to prove a bet." I shrugged as Niki regained his spirit, a high smile rose on his cheeks.

"That's exactly what I thought." He was much more happier now, which was crazy, considering his pouty-ass face literally five seconds ago.

With the remainder of the night, we walked around a little. The breeze was nice, and the atmosphere between the two of us was also, very tender and nice.

"You know I literally couldn't perform without you, I genuinely could not pick up my guitar." Niki randomly said, and I just looked up at him, a smile on my face.

"It was that serious?" I gave a laugh at him, okay, I might have been missing him, but not to the point where I lost all knowledge of my skills or whatever.

"It was that serious, Haeun, I don't think you even understand how bad it hurt when you just passed by me without looking - how the hell was I supposed to live?" Niki scoffed, swinging his car keys around in one hand.

"So what, now if you pick up a guitar, you'll be able to play again?" My lips would not drop down from a smile at all, somehow, Niki just had that effect on me.

"Well, let me show you." He unlocked his car, opening the door for me to sit down in first.

And as he sat inside the driver's side, he sped off, in the way of his house. Last time it was a rather bad memory here, but I reckon today it'd be different.

And it really was, he led me to his bedroom, taking his guitar off the wall and connecting it to an amp. The two of us were sat beside each other, and he just gently stroked the strings of his guitar, playing a sweet, quiet melody on his guitar.

No doubt, he was skilled.

I lay my head on his shoulder, eyes slowly fluttering shut as the gentle tune of the song he was playing faded ever so gradually, up until it completely disappeared, and I fell asleep.
