TWO DAYS LATER
I had two more days until my official school enrollment started, and to say I was panicking, was to say the least. I loved the girls I had met at the introductory, but I couldn't help but still be nervous and paranoid.
Especially about that one guy, Niki.
Nonetheless, I continued finishing my letter off.
'I start my new school in two days, ive met a cute group of girls, but im still nervous about the actual first day. usually im more extroverted and confident about this - but in such a crazy rich school i am nooot so sure anymore
by the way!! the lyrics you added onto mine sound perfect!!!

I sealed the envelope, and following my standard penpal procedure, decorated and stamped my envelope shut with wax. Just as I stamped the envelope shut, my door swung open, revealing Eunmi.
She was dressed in quite a short dress, carrying a shoulder bag only, and her makeup fully done.
"You." She pointed to me, looking quite serious, but then proceeded to give me a huge smile, "We're going to a party."
I stared at her, blankly.
I was no stranger to parties, I wasn't the biggest hater of them, but I didn't like them that much. If I felt like going, I would, if I didn't, I wouldn't.
Right now, I couldn't quite decipher whether I wanted to or not. Half of me wanted to explore the party style of Seoul, considering how rich and densely populated this place is, I reckon it'd be better than at home.
But the other half of me still felt sick even going out in Seoul, trying to find my way around this place was like a whole ass labyrinth, so then again, I wasn't too sure.
"Seriously? Do I even get a choice?" I inquired as she gave a very exaggerated laugh.
"Ha! Funny, no, get changed." And with that, she left me with no other option but to get ready for a party.
I opened my wardrobe, looking through the clothes that I had in here. And in the end, out of pure indecisiveness, I picked out a short, strapless black dress, that stuck to my figure like crazy.
With that, some knee high boots, and I literally looked like I could blend in with the night sky. I sat down at my vanity, hurriedly doing my makeup and fixing my hair, Eunmi was clearly getting impatient, walking up and down the hallway like a maniac.
But finally, I was finished with - almost everything. I grabbed a black shoulder bag, and quickly shoved the envelope into the bag, I'll post the letter after the party, or something like that.
I swung my door open, and Eunmi looked up at me, glancing at my whole outfit from head to toe. A huge smile raised upon her face.
"Ugh, I hate to say it, but you, my little sister, are looking so fine." She squealed, jumping around in excitement as I just laughed at her.
We quietly walked down the stairs, as quiet as we could, considering Eunmi was wearing heels, and I was wearing thick heeled boots.
Our mother was already asleep, I wasn't surprised, with all this stress of decorating the house in such a short notice, and again, with all this drama with my father, I'd be asleep by 8pm too.
Eunmi opened the door quietly, I followed behind her, shutting the door as quietly as I could. I know fine well we weren't going to be safe when we get home - Ji-eun would one hundred percent be awake, and the two of us will undoubtedly get sent to Mars and back.
We scurried over to the taxi that was parked outside of our house, and Eunmi sent the address to the taxi driver, he drove immediately away from our street, the two of us giving a sigh of relief.
"You know fine well she's gonna be awake when we come back." I giggled as Eunmi gave a laugh too, this was a perk of having an older sister, she was just fucking amazing.
"So? We're both over eighteen, besides, she's too busy suffering with the after effects of a divorce to give a fuck about us going to a club right now." Eunmi spoke, and her words just made me laugh already, she's real funny.
"Where are we even going?" I inquired, wondering how Eunmi even found somewhere to go so quickly.
"One of my friends invited me, he's hot as hell, may I add." Eunmi scrolled through her phone, then proceeded to show me a picture of the guy she was invited by.
It was a photo of some guy, and stood beside him in the photo, was none other than that sharp, familiar face of Niki's. My face softened, just seeing his damn right fine face in that photo.
I pointed to him.
"Who's this?" I asked Eunmi as if I was clueless.
"Oh, that's just his friend or something, he's like, around your age." Eunmi looked at me, nudging me lightly and insinuating something I rolled my eyes to.
