Your smile, a boom within my chest,
We locked eyes, a sweet unrest.
My pen writes just your name, it's true,
A crush on you, what can I do?
You turned my world, a love's delight,
Now love makes sense, feels oh so right.
I'm smitten, yeah, I can't pretend,
Joy by your side, my dearest friend.
Denied these feelings, lied a lot,
"Just friends," I said, a silly plot.
This poem spills it, clear and plain,
For you I'm falling, head over brain!
A spark at first, a flame now burns,
Time with you, my heart yearns.
From like to love, the feeling's strong,
With you forever, all songs long!
