"I don't know how to tell him," Husk sighed as he took another drink of the bottle of whiskey he was holding and grabbing at his face with his hand.
"Maybe you should just tell him. BUG!" Nifty stated unhelpfully before running off to go stab another one of the pests that littered the hotel. "Stab! Stab! Stab! Ah-ha!" She squealed.
"Thanks Niff," Husk sighed, clinking the bottle on the bar table.
"Hey Whiskers," Angel Dust said smoothly as he slid onto one of the bar stools to face his favorite bartender. "What's got you in a mood t'day?"
"Nothin'. Just fuckin' tired," Husk said as he slid Angel his regular drink.
"Hey!" Nifty exclaimed, looking up at Angel, "Miss Angel he li-" She began before getting cut off by a very flustered Husk.
"Hey Nif, is that a bug?" He said, his voice raising nervously. "Goddammit," he sighed.
"What was that all about, Kitty?" Angel eyed Husk suspiciously as he chugged down the rest of his drink.
"Nothing," Husk sighed gruffly, taking Angel's empty cup and cleaning it out before putting it up and glancing at a clock on one of the hotel walls. "Angel, it's nine-thirty."
"Oh shit!" He jumped up and rushed over to the door and slammed it shut behind him, leaving the lobby empty and soundless. Husk hated to see him leave so early, and then come back so late. There have only been a few times where Valentino called Angel in early without being pissed off for some reason or another.

(Angel Dust's Point of View)
I arrived at the studio hopefully in time enough, knowing how pissed Val must already be from the thread of angry text messages he'd left me not too long ago. How I longed to be back at the hotel and just relax for once in my fucking life, just sit at the bar and talk to Husk.
What am I thinking? It's not like I like him or anything, I just like how he always listens to me, how he accepts me for who I am, how he's the only one who saw through my act, how handsome he is... Oh shit.
My thoughts of love were quickly interrupted by a tall, looming figure standing in the doorway of my dressing room. "Oh Angel~" Val smirked, holding the same cigar he always smoked between his middle and his ring finger.
"Val," I remarked, a bit shocked as I instinctively backed up.
"What are you still doing in here?" Valentino said as he came over to me, sliding his long fingers across my face. I hated it when he touched me.
"I- I'm sorry, I'll be right there," I grimaced.
"You'd better be, you're my best selling wh0re so I expect the very best from you..." Val's words trickled off his tongue like honey as his poisonous smoke wafted around us and made me feel almost too weak to stand. My whole body felt numb, but there still remained a sliver of fear in the back of my mind, a fear that was always there whenever I looked at him.
"Yes, Valentino," I choked out as his hands made his way down to my throat.
"Good boy~" He cooed before whisking himself out the door.
Thank God, that could have been so much worse. Something must have gotten him in a good mood just before I'd gotten here. I just hope that it stays that way...
