Cat Like Behavior

Husk tried his best to dry his soaking wet fur off with a towel, which barely did anything. His fur hung heavy, making him feel like he was covered in a cold weighted blanket. It didn't help that all his feathers were soaking and coming loose. The cat like sinner yawned when the door to the bathroom flung open.

"Angel! Good God!" Husk was startled by his partner's sudden appearance and jumped back, almost tripping and falling over.

"Relax I'm just-" Angel began before turning to the winged sinner. "OH MY FUCKING GOD! YOU LOOK SO FUCKING ADORABLE WITH YOUR FUR ALL WET!" The spider rushed over and began running his fingers through Husk's fur as he continued fussing over it excitedly.

Husk just stood there lazily and let Angel flip out and caress his wet fur. For a little while at least. "Angel..." He groaned, attempting to push the spider off of him.

"Fine." Angel rolled his eyes and left dramatically.

Husk sighed and tried to get all the water out, but the best he could get it was damp. He left the bathroom and flopped down tiredly on top of his boyfriend, who was lying down in boredom on the bed.

"Frustrated?" Angel asked, looking up from his phone as he started to pet the cat.

Husk just grumbled in response.

"C'mon, get off of me and I'll help." Angel picked up the his lazy boyfriend and dragged him back to the bathroom where he got out his blow dryer and started to help Husk, who looked like he just wanted to pass out. "Oh get over it." Angel sighed.

"Fuck you..." Husk muttered under his breath.

"Please do," the spider teased as he turned off the blow dryer and started at the now fluffy cat. "You look so cute, baby!" He picked up Husk again and set him back down on the bed before sliding in with him. Husk crawled back on top of him and let Angel pet him.

Angel started to scratch behind the cat's ear, making him purr softly. The spider giggled as Husk nudged his hand. Angel rubbed a certain spot on the corner of his ear making Husk purr even louder.

"You're adorable," Angel laughed and kissed him on his cheek.

Husk usually wouldn't act like this, but he loved the feel of Angel's touch. It was much different from Alastor's, who would usually just make him feel like shit about his appearance. But the feeling of the spider's touch was loving and made Husk's heart pound out of his chest.

"Shut up," Husk mumbled as he nuzzled his face into the crook of Angel's neck.

"Aw, but I mean it, Whiskers," the spider teased as he took one of his other hands and started to rub along Husk's spine in between his wings.

"I do too." The cat leaned forward and kissed Angel softly.

They continued to lie there, Angel giving Husk free pets as the other sinners purred contently, eventually falling asleep on the spider.

"I love you," Angel whispered lovingly in his partner's ear, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him closer to his chest.\
