More than a month has passed now, school is back in full swing, especially class 3, with their fast approaching college exams and extra classes.
Everyone is busy preparing for it, papers of pass question are ones that's you can always expect to see the students with each day in the class.

***  In the classroom of class 3, after school hours, two girls were sitting side by side, one taking a sip of water from her water bottle and the other putting her books into her backpack.
Kayla, who was packing her books, asked, "what's taking Jason so long? If he doesn't come soon we will be late again"
Leah who was used to this happening to them, took a second to drink her water and replied after closing the bottle cap, "you know his probably rushing to come right about now, because he was busy playing football" and laughed.
"Yeah, you're probably right. So should we start walking and meet him  there?" Kayla said and smiled, after she finished packing her books, took her backpack and put it on one of her shoulders, "let's go"
"Ok" Leah took her backpack and they both took off while chit-chatting along the way.
As they both reached the class door, it was suddenly pushed open aggressively, barely missed hitting them both.
"What's that all about!?" Leah said furiously glaring at Jason when she saw he was the  one who almost knocked them down.
"Did you agree to it!?" Jason, disregarding their shocked expression after almost hitting them, asked angrily.
"Won't you even try to apologize or give an excuse for your abrupt behavior" Leah replied, still angry about what just happened.
"Just answer me please, did you agree to it?" Jason replied trying to restrain his anger after seeing their expression.
" What are you even talking about Jason" Kayla said trying to keep the situation under control.
Jason turned his head towards her for a brief second then took his attention back to Leah, sighed and explained the situation to them.
"Just now, after our practice while changing in the boys locker room, I heard them talking about how Luca from the art class, your class by the way, confessed his feelings for you and asked you to become his girlfriend. So I'm asking you again, did you agree to it?"
"Oww" both Leah and Kayla exclaimed after knowing what the situation was all about.
" Yeah, it's true, but what does that have anything to do with you?" Leah replied looking at Jason.
"What was your answer!?" Jason said staring at her so intensely, that he was about to burrow a hole on her.
"Sigh, I told him that I appreciated that but this wasn't the right time to be focused on things like this and that we should just concentrate on our studies" Leah replied almost defeatedly. Then she looked at Jason and asked again, "now that I have told you, it's your time to give me an answer, what has that got to do with you and why do I have to tell you about it?"
"Don't act as if you don't know why Leah " Jason said, looking at her as if saying she doesn't have to pretend that she doesn't know what he's talking about.
Leah looked back at him strangely, with confusion written all over her face "what are you talking about?"
"Oh Leah, stop acting like you don't know, stop confusing me with your actions when you know that I like you, since when we were thirteen, I've liked you since then but you keep on rejecting me with no explanation. Your hurting me Leah, your hurting me" Jason said emotionally and depressive.
"Um I think I should go out for now"  Kayla said softly, so softly that it could barely be heard, but they both heard her, in fear of disturbing the delicate situation between her two friends.
Jason was too emotional to care about what she said, while Leah on the other hand, grabbed her hand, turned to look at her and said, " you're going nowhere"
Looked back at Jason and said,
"I already told you before, don't confuse infatuation for love, and I don't even see you that way, I only consider you as a close friend, I brother in fact. I just can't like you that way, Jason" Leah replied, a little angry about Jason's behavior.
"And I've already told you a million times that you're already in love with someone else, you just don't remember it..."
"Here you go again Leah," Jason interrupted furiously, " I understand if you don't like me, but can you just not say it's because I'm in love with someone else? If I'm truly in love with with someone else, why can't I remember the said person huh?" He said while clutching his hand tightly to the point where his fair hands turned pale, at his side.
"Ahhhh, you just don't get it do you? You don't even want to get it, right?" Leah, being fed up of the current happening said, "If it's the truth you want, it's the truth you will get. The reason why..."
"Leah!" Before Leah could continue she was stopped by Kayla, who held her hands tightly and shaking her head, in gesture that she should stop whatever she was about to do.
Leah looked at her tightly clutched hands, then back at Kayla, who was looking at her desperately and warning her at the same time, sighed and gave up the idea of telling him.
She looked back at Jason and said, " we are done talking, Kayla and I will be taking our leave now" and without waiting for his reply, she grabbed Kayla and drag her out of the classroom, dodging Jason's arm that was about to reach out to her.
"Leah..." Jason said looking at the departing back of Leah and Kayla, and was about to follow suit, when...
"And also Jason..." Leah stopped on her track, without looking at Jason, she said, "...don't even try following me, because if you do, then consider this friendship over!, and I mean it" then continued walking without looking back.

Leah and Kayla reached their school car park in silence, "don't you think you were a little hard on him Leah?" Kayla asked, finally breaking the intense silence.
" I know, it's just that, I don't think he'll give up and realize who he's truly in love with if I don't do this" Leah sighed, looked at Kayla for a few moment, whom understood what she was talking about but decided to keep quiet, and walked into the car with Kayla.
The journey back home was filled with silence, both in their own deep thought.
