Next Morning
At Goenka house
"Kajal, make sure the gifts are properly packed and kept in the car," Sharmila instructed as she stepped out of her room, adjusting her dupatta neatly on her shoulder. Today was no ordinary day today, the Goenka family was heading to Sharma House to officially fix the wedding and engagement dates of Aditya and Aarohi. A wave of excitement and nervousness was in the air.
"Veer, go and check whether Adi is ready or not; we are getting late," Kajal ordered in her usual firm tone.
"Okay, mom," Rajveer replied quickly before rushing off towards his brother’s room.
"Bhai, are you ready? We’re already late. Mom is asking for you," Rajveer said breathlessly as he dashed inside without even knocking.
"Yes, Veer, I’m coming," Aditya responded calmly, giving himself one last glance in the mirror. He adjusted his blazer slightly, trying to mask the restlessness that was bubbling inside him. His heart, however, wasn’t as calm as his face.
"This is going to be very awkward," Aditya thought to himself, releasing a deep sigh before finally stepping out with Rajveer by his side.

"Bhai, you’re looking so hot. I bet my soon-to-be bhabhi will faint the moment she sees you," Rajveer teased, wiggling his brows in a mischievous way.
