Around 10 pm, Aarohi got done with her work, and she headed out of her department towards the reception area to contact Veer to pick her up. But before she could call him, her phone began to ring.
She turned on her phone to see Aditya's name displayed on the screen. "Why is he calling me?" She said it in her mind and picked up the call.
"I'm waiting for you outside near the park; if you're done with your work, then come over here." He said to her.
Before she could reply back to him, he ended up the call while she looked at her phone with what the hell expression.
"What's wrong with him? Why can't he behave like a normal human? Whatever it is now, I want to go home asap, so I'll have to bear him." Aarohi huffed and went straight towards the place where Aditya has called her.
Aditya had parked the car at the 50-meter distance from the hotel in a low-lighted area so that no one could notice him. Aarohi saw his car and went towards it.
She settled beside him in the passenger seat and turned towards him, only to find him staring at her already.
"Chalein ?" He asked her; she hummed in response, and he drove away the car from the hotel towards their home.

What's wrong with Mr. Godzilla? Why was he acting so weirdly in front of me in the hotel, and now look, he's back to his old form? Is he bipolar?
"If you're done cussing me, then could you please elaborate what happened in your department today?" He asked me. Wait, how did he know that I was talking about him?
"Before I answer your question, could you please tell me how you feel? And why did you warn me about her in the hotel?" I questioned him back instead of answering to him.
He looked at me for a second and shifted his gaze back towards the road; the creases of his forehead relaxed a little bit as he answered my question.
"Mehek is Armaan's younger sister, and she had joined Caelum Oasis through him when he had a partnership with Mr. Singhania. But now that partnership has come to an abrupt end, so he has lost his senses. And seeing you work under his sister has given him a good opportunity to take his revenge on him."
