Aditya was driving his car at high speed on an isolated road. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't care about the outside world, but then suddenly his car stopped in the middle of the road with a jolt. He looked around, only to find himself stuck in an isolated area. He hit his hand on the steering wheel in anger.
"Aarohi must be waiting for me, I should at least call her." He thought to himself as he picked up his phone to dial Aarohi's number, but he couldn't call her because there was no network in that area. He threw his phone on the passenger seat in frustration and then leaned back on his seat and closed his eyes.
Flashback
"If you have to do this nonsense, then I have nothing to say to you." Aditya was about to go, but then Armaan said something, which caused Aditya to stop at his position.
"Well, I had come here to invite you for the death anniversary prayer of your beloved." Armaan smirked at Aditya's reaction, while the latter turned around to look at him with a confused reaction.
"What do you mean?" He asked Armaan while processing his words.
"Well, she claimed to love me, which is why she stole the important documents from your office and gave them to me, but when you learnt about her betrayal, suddenly she remembered your friendship, and she felt guilty about cheating on you. She even went back to apologise to you, but you didn't listen to her, so she ended her life in guilt." Armaan replied back to him casually.
Aditya's face turned a little pale after receiving unexpected news. Throughout the years, he hated Kyra and wished to ruin her, but today, when he got the news of her death, he felt an unknown sensation in his heart as she wasn't just his girlfriend but also his childhood friend, who was very close to him.
"Mr Goenka, let's start fresh after her death anniversary, so do come along with your wife." Armaan continued. "Wait, does Mrs. Goenka know Kyra? You told her about her, right?" Armaan chuckled mentally on seeing Aditya's pale face.
"You didn't tell her? She might get upset as you're hiding a huge secret from her even after 6 months of marriage." Armaan tried to instigate Aditya.
"What if she leaves you because you hid your past from her and you're still not over Kyra?" Aditya glared at him for his words.
"What nonsense are you speaking? Why would my wife leave me for something that is not important for me?" He stated while glaring at Armaan.
"Accept it, Goenka; you still have something for Kyra, and Mrs. Goenka is your wife, and why will a wife act normally after knowing that her husband still has some feelings for his ex?" Armaan said to him.
