When Sunday came you and Draco weren't sure if you should go enjoy outside or just lay in bed. Snape wanted you back around noon today. "Why does he want us back so early?" You ask, you didn't want to leave at all. You wished you could stop time and stay here forever. "Not sure, all his owl said was to be back by noon and he'd meet us in your room." You both sat outside and just enjoyed the heat, the quiet, and the fact that out here you were safe while you waited for it to be noon. You had to return to school though, you can't hide from this.

You both got ready and teleported back to your dorm room. Draco unlocked the door and sent an owl to Snape while you unpacked. Snape came in half an hour later. "I imagine two you had a pleasant weekend?" You both nod, you knew he didn't really care. "While you two were away, I asked for some help from Dumbledore other professors about this matter with Astoria." You were frustrated she was still here, but no one had any evidence she has done anything.

"Keep on a lookout for odd emotions Y/N. It doesn't matter who it is." Snape said to you. Not feeling Blaise was still a mystery to everyone. Draco and Snape were doing research as you were asking your mother for any information. Grandmother Flower would know, but she was hiding. Grandmother Flower always liked to be alone when she was alive, the emotions were a lot for her and as she got older, they bothered her more. When she died and entered her portrait, she could still feel everyone's emotions, so she hides. It is very difficult to find her, the last time your mother looked for her portrait your mother wanted to ask her to talk to you about your gift. She never found her.

Your mother has been on the hunt for her for years but especially now that all this is happening. Your mother has been able to answer some things but not what happened with Blaise. You agreed Grandmother Flower would know, Draco and Snape despite their efforts they didn't find anything. Snape told you to go on as normal but be mindful of people's emotions and intentions.

After Snape left Lavander ran in and hugged you. "I missed you! How was it? Why are you so tan? How was it?" She smirked, she had so many questions, so you told her about the secret cottage. "Wait so I can't even visit?!" She wined. You didn't know if you could make it visible, something in you didn't want to. Besides you'd be living in your family home with Draco anyways. You liked that it was just him and you in that cottage. You felt safer there that way.

You and Draco caught up on what you missed from Beasts class at the Three Broomsticks for the rest of the day. Beasts was easy, you knew a lot about Beasts. Your main focus was Herbology and Potions and Beasts was a fun passion of yours. As you walked back to school you thought about what Snape said about being mindful of everyone's emotions. You could barely focus on studying, you were feeling for eyes, and bad intentions. You wished you could get an answer from your Grandmother Flower, but her being an expert at hide-and-seek was making it very difficult. You loved being at Hogwarts, but you didn't feel safe. Draco and your friends helped you feel safer, but you knew Astoria had no issue doing whatever she wanted no matter how evil or crazy.

The rest of the week you acted normal but was a bit on edge. Mysteria was watching Astoria in the common room for you and reporting back. "She's going home after Halloween." Mysteria says to you and Draco one day at lunch. "She said a family member will be arriving at her house and has to be home for a while. Her work will be sent by owl along with the lesson." Astoria being gone made you happy. You sensed joy from Draco too but there was an underlining worry.

You told Snape who was already aware. "Yes, I received an owl from her parents yesterday morning." You stayed and talked to Snape on Thursday after class. "It is random, but we have to take advantage of her not being here. He was right, you could maybe talk to Blaise about what happened. You didn't go near Blaise just in case but with Astoria gone you didn't see him as a threat. Him and Draco were beginning to be back on better terms, and he didn't want to ruin by asking what all the silence was about.

"She's supposed to leave the day after Halloween, we are holding a costume party on Halloween. If you sense anything you must tell Draco, you stay with him at all times." Astoria if she was going to do anything it could be Halloween during the party. Everyone else will be distracted. You knew you had to work out a plan to keep you and your friends safe.
