Chapter 11 ~ Quidditch

HUFF HUFF HUFFLEPUFF!

WIN WIN SLYTHERIN!

It was the first Quidditch match today, you walked into the great hall for breakfast and saw the two banners hanging from the ceiling. You were wearing your Quidditch uniform and robe, right after breakfast you had to go get ready for the game. You saw Lavander dressed the same eating her breakfast talking to Penelope and Cedric. Mysteria and Poppy ran over wearing their matching Water Girls outfits. Mysteria had been gifted the same outfit but hers was dark green and black and said SLYTHERIN.

"You both look amazing!" They were supposed to have uniforms, but Snape let them wear these since it saved money. You sat down at your table and started eating. A week had passed since the panic attack. Draco started coming back to class, but he didn't look at you or talk to you. You were unsure if he was even playing today, you haven't been tutoring him so what if he was kicked off the team. 

A book was placed next to you and Draco sat down next you, he was wearing his Slytherin Quidditch uniform. Lavander, you, and Cedric froze only moving your eyes back and forth between each other and Draco like it was a secret language. He didn't feel angry, he wasn't happy or sad. It was a neutral feeling. 'This is new.' You thought to yourself. Lavander and Cedric looked at you, their eyes were telling you to say something. 

"Hey!" You said nervously. You looked at Penelope who was now sitting across from Draco and smiled. You look at the book he brought; it was a Herbology textbook. "You and Snape were right; I need help in Herbology and Potions." You looked up to him, he was looking down at his book. He sighed and continued looking at you. You tried to look more at his forehead to avoid his eyes just in case. "Can you tutor me please? I promise I'll take it seriously. I told Snape what I did last time. He's giving me one more chance please." 

'No!'

"Yeah, we can do a session tomorrow then figure out the rest. Just come to my common room tomorrow morning."

Draco smiled and thanked you then walked away.

Lavander and Cedric were staring at you with their eyebrows shot up tall. "What?" You slightly scoff. Lavander and Cedric look at each other. "Nothing." they both chuckle a little and continue eating. Penelope was eating and still smiling.

"ATTENTION ALL SLYHERIN AND HUFFLEPUFF QUIDDITCH PARTICIPANTS!" Madam Hooch stood at the podium. "Junior Level players you will play this afternoon at 2 pm, I need you all on the field at 1 pm SHARP! Senior Level players you are expected on the field in one hour for warmups. My water boys you will be assisting the Junior Level team for the year and my water girls you will be assisting my Senior Level team. Now I believe parents have started to arrive. YOU HAVE ONE HOUR!"

You, Lavander, Poppy, Penelope, and Mysertia ran out of the great hall looking for your parents.

"MY LOVLEY HUFFLEPUFFS!" You heard your father, all three of you run towards your parents and hug them. You've missed them so much. You walked around with them for a bit talking. You saw Draco and his parents. You liked Narcissa, you didn't know his father very well he scared you. "Y/M/N!" Narcissa came close and hugged your mother, Draco and Lucius standing behind her not looking at you. "Y/N! it's so good to see you. Poppy and Penelope, you have gotten so big, how are you enjoying Hogwarts?" She bent down to their level to speak to them.

Narcissa eventually took your mother by the arm, and they went and talked somewhere else. Draco walked over to you; Lucius was gone. "Hey Hufflepuff, we need to get the pitch, or we'll be late." You took Poppy by the hand. "Give me one minute." You and Poppy ran over to your mother and Narcissa.
