The figure before her chuckled darkly, sending shivers down Eliana's spine, as she stood there, incapable of moving, her eyes widened in horror.

- "Well well, my little Eliana. I gotta say, I didn't think you would take the bait so easily, but it looks like you were even more stupid than we even thought."

Eliana's heart hammered in her chest as she instinctively took a step back, her mind racing with fear. If this man wasn't Suguru... then who the hell was he? And what did he want with her?

- "Get away from her!" Gojo's voice rang out from behind her. He took a protective step forward, his posture poised and ready for battle.

But as he was about to lunge forward, he felt his movements restrained by an invisible force.

- "I told you I'd come back for you."

The man's eyes widened as he recognized the voice of the curse from the temple. He had appeared out of nowhere, and he hadn't been able to sense it, just like back on their mission. Unless this time...

He wasn't alone.

Gojo froze as he saw that a few other curses had decided to join the party, their twisted forms lurking around Eliana dangerously. His mind raced as he assessed the situation. He couldn't afford to let any harm come to Eliana, and while he knew he could easily handle the curses... he had no idea what the hell Suguru's impostor was capable of. And who he even was to begin with.

- "You see, things weren't originally supposed to happen like that, but your little girlfriend over there greatly facilitated things for us", the Geto impostor chuckled, pointing towards Eliana.

- "What the hell are you talking about?" the girl vociferated, her fists clenched.

Her mind raced as she tried to piece together the puzzle before her. The curse from the temple, the note that never existed, the impostor luring her in here, pretending to be Suguru... It was all connected, but the pieces didn't quite fit together. She needed answers. She needed it to make sense...

Because at the moment, nothing made sense.

The impostor merely chuckled, his gaze flickering between Eliana and Gojo with a cold, calculating glare.

- "See, the original plan was to wait until October 31st, in Shibuya... That's where we had originally planned on getting rid of that nuisance that is Satoru Gojo. For good."

- "But Yasachi right here gave us some quite... interesting informations, when he met you two up in the mountains near that temple we got rid of..." the newly arrived blue haired curse said on a playful tone, pointing at the curse who was now restraining Gojo's movements.

It was the blue haired freak that had attacked the school. The one that stole Sukuna's fingers, along with the Death Painting Wombs...

- "Oh and the temple that you were so worried about..." the curse continued, as if he had read Eliana's mind; "well, that was actually one of Suguru Geto's cult places. See, we couldn't have some of his pathetic little followers snitching that their dear Master Geto's body had gone missing, that would ruin the surprise... "

- "What the hell did you do with his body!" Eliana roared, while the blue haired curse simply grinned sadistically.

Geto's impostor's laughter echoed in the obscurity, chilling Eliana to her core. He stepped forward, a sinister grin playing on his lips. But then, with a casual flick of his wrist, he proceeded to unstitch the upper part of his head, and to Eliana's horror... detach it.

There, instead of a human brain, was a pulsating parasite, squirmed within the cavity of his skull.

Eliana recoiled in horror, her eyes wide with disbelief and revulsion, while Gojo felt like he was going to be sick.

- "You... you monsters..." the girl stammered, her entire body trembling. She could feel the anger boiling inside her.

Eliana's mind was spinning, her breath coming in short, panicked gasps, while the impostor only laughed, the sound grating and inhuman, as he reattached his head with an almost casual nonchalance.

- "Get the fuck away from her!" Gojo's voice rang out again, more desperate this time.

He struggled against the invisible force restraining him, his eyes burning with a mixture of rage and concern.

- "Oh, Satoru Gojo. Always the hero. But this time, you're out of your league..."

- "What do you want with us?" Eliana demanded, her voice shaky. "Why... why are you doing this?"

The blue-haired curse stepped forward, his grin widening.

- "It's simple, really. We need to eliminate Satoru Gojo. He's the biggest threat to our plans. And you, Eliana, were the perfect bait to lure him out."

Geto's impostor chuckled darkly, taking a dangerous step towards her.

- "Eliana May... Satoru Gojo's dear friend... or should I say lover, now. The only person he truly cared about on an emotional level on this entire stupid planet... I mean ever since the disappearance of Suguru Geto. No, the opportunity was too big."

- "What the hell are you trying to say?"

- "What I'm saying, my dear, is that you were the only person we could possibly use to get Satoru Gojo to let his guard down. Because we knew that he would come to your rescue right away if he thought your life was at risk."

Eliana's heart pounded in her chest as she processed Kenjaku's words. The realization hit her like a sledgehammer. She had been manipulated, used as bait to lure Gojo into a trap....

- "You... you son of a bitch!" she seethed, her voice trembling with anger.

Kenjaku merely chuckled, a cold, calculating glint in his eyes.

- "Ah, such colorful language, I see. But I'm afraid it's all true, my dear. You see, everything has been part of my plan from the very beginning... And as for Suguru Geto's body... Well. Let's just say it's serving a higher purpose now. My purpose."

Eliana's heart raced as she looked around, trying to find a way out of this nightmare. The curses were closing in, their twisted forms casting eerie shadows in the fading light. She could see the desperation in Gojo's eyes.

- "Eliana," he called out, his voice urgent. "Stay close to me. I'll find a way to break free."

- "Oh, but we can't have that", Kenjaku said mockingly. "You see, we've planned this quite meticulously. And it's time for the next phase."

And with a wave of his hand, the curses lunged forward.

- "Run, Eliana!" Gojo shouted, his voice a mix of command and plea. Get out of here, now!

But before she could react, the one named Mahito stepped in front of her, blocking her path.

- "Going somewhere?" he sneered.

Desperation fueled her next move. Eliana swung her fist at him, but he caught it easily.

- "Nice try," he said, twisting her arm painfully.

Gojo roared in fury, finally managing to break free from the curse's grip, and charged at the impostor furiously, but the curses swarmed him, slowing him down.

Just enough for the impostor to drag Eliana away inside the depths of the forest, pulling her into the darkness.

And out of his sight.
