Blood, Flames and Tears

Next, the unfortunate lovers, Cole and Adrian.

Adrian sends the spears flying at him, Cole runs around them, dodging while closing the distance.

"GAAH!" Cole lets out a battle cry as he leaps in the air and swings on Adrian

Adrian simply summons a globule of water to stop his punch, catching him in the air, momentarily looking at him before slamming him back into the ground.

Any remnant of Adrian's personality is gone, any playful banter that would've existed here has been snuffed from reality.

Using a water tendril to spin Cole around and slam him into the ground several times.

"AGH! Stop that!" Cole yelled

Adrian stops, instead pulling him in for a side kick directly to his face, breaking his nose.

Cole is stunned for a moment before he grabs his leg and slams Adrian into the cement behind him.

Cole lands and readjusts his broken nose. 

He never hit me that hard before.

Adrian stands, wrapping his limbs in solid water armor as he begins sprinting at Cole.

Cole matches his pace and they clash fists. Each and every impact creating more which ends up clouding the entire battlefield.

Eventually Adrian pushes Cole back, and surrounds his head in a globule of water, attempting to suffocate him.

But Cole wouldn't fall for that again, he engulfs his head in blazing hot flames, sending boiling hot water in all directions, Adrian winces when it hits him.

"Not falling for that again!" Cole taunted

Adrian summoned several jagged projectiles, lined with tiny crystalline ice shards around Cole, and sent them into Cole.

Cole yells in pain but remains standing, spitting up blood building in his throat.

The ice melts into Cole's bloodstream and Adrian uses the water in him to force him to the ground before attempting to pull him apart using the water in his own body.

Cole strains, holding his body together using his muscles and Prowess reinforcement.

The surroundings heat up quickly as Cole makes a desperate attempt at regaining control of the situation, he explodes in a massive blinding flash of pure heat, Adrian is momentarily blinded, losing control of the water.

Cole essentially skates on the ground up to Adrian who is caught off guard and met with a flaming fist to the liver, knocking the wind right out of him.

He gasps for air, showing the most expression the entire fight so far, and Cole hesitates to hit him again.

Adrian grabs his stomach in pain, like it were the first time experiencing this, then he grabs Coles head and slams it into his knee and begins beating him, a series of blows flowing seamlessly into one another.

He then trips him and launches him into the air with a massive pillar of water, and Cole watches in disbelief as Adrian runs up to him in the air. Adrian ends up above him and uses water as a slide down to Cole he summons a massive drill-like spear and grinds it into Coles back, sending him rocketing to the ground with a large watersplosion.

Adrian stands on Cole's back, staring at him for a moment before getting off and beginning walking back to where Dominus is.

Cole however, gets up and begins charging his Prowess for some powerful attack.

"I'm definitely gonna have back problems when I get older.." Cole coughs and stands shakily

Adrian turns around, a large influx of heat prompting him to summon a shield of water.
