Jeonghan grabbed his phone again and waited for the ringing to stop and for the other line to pick up

And the moment it did

"Mingyu where THE HELL are you?"

He heard the other almost panting through the phone "Stuck at immigration, I'm ... just got out I'm so sorry Hannie, please tell him I'm so sorry ... I'll be there in less than twenty minutes I promise"

Jeonghan sighed deeply, the Luna was tensed, and it was rare to see him tensed ... this must be really bad.

"Mingyu he needs you here, please get your ass here faster"

"I know ... I" Jeonghan could hear rustling sounds in the background, he knew that Mingyu was probably at baggage claim "I'm on my way I swear I'll make it up to him, is he okay? How is he?"

"Mingyu" Jeonghan sounded concerned "He's in pain, it wasn't so bad at first but now" he sighed "He needs you here, just get here"

Hearing that, Mingyu's heart almost dropped "I'm on my way" he said not caring about the baggage anymore, he just left it at the airport and run toward the exit.

Hanging up, Jeonghan went back inside to check on Wonwoo.

It's been around a week or so, Wonwoo wasn't feeling all that well, tired and exhausted most of the time. He was always a little fragile than most Omegas, his immune system wasn't as strong. Growing up, he had a lot of hospital trips that ... until he met Mingyu.

As an Omega, meeting your Mate can change a lot of things. Mingyu was caring and absolutely loving, he adores Wonwoo to death and it was definitely obvious in everything the couple did and said. Wonwoo's health improved so much and he was very comfortable and well adjusted with his new Pack, Mingyu's Pack.

They lived in a mansion like house ... so big and spacious that every couple had their own hotel like suite. Seungcheol and Jeonghan were the Alpha Leader and Luna of the pack and the rest lived together happily.

When Wonwoo was feeling under the weather, Mingyu didn't hesitate to take him to their clinic and had him go for a full checkup, they run some tests and even though nothing came up positive, Mingyu was still worried.
Wonwoo seemed to be doing a little better after that, Mingyu and the others made sure he was taking his vitamins and getting enough rest and sleep. When he went to work, Mingyu made sure to leave him with enough clothes or items that had his scent all over them. With the other Omegas and Jeonghan around, Wonwoo was in a safe environment and Mingyu trusted everyone else to make him feel comfortable.

But when Mingyu had to go on that work trip, Wonwoo started feeling unwell just  ten minutes after the Alpha walked through the door.

It was just for two days, but it felt like two years. Wonwoo was dreadfully restless and tired, sensitive and anxious ... and when he started feeling those unexpected shivers, Jeonghan just knew it's going to be down the hill from there.

The doctor said that Wonwoo was just stressed out but ... it was definitely more than that.

Jeonghan knew it was definitely emotional and being an Omega always complicated things, especially when his Mate was away. At first, they couldn't get ahold of Mingyu, Seungcheol was with him as well so Jeonghan had a tough time getting either of them on the phone and when he did, Mingyu immediately took the first flight back home.

Jeonghan and the others made sure that Wonwoo was comfortable ... he was definitely unwell and was definitely starting his heat cycle earlier than usual. Jeonghan made sure that he was nested well in his and Mingyu's bedroom. He was wearing one of Mingyu's hoodies, too big on him but he snuggled into it badly. He was laying on his side, clutching the fabric of the hoodie with one hand and with the other, he squeezed Seungkwan's hand while Joshua just stood near by watching over the two.
