Ankle injury:
Inspired from the time when Jeonghan had a live video where he was about to stand up but his ankle hurt and fell right back on his chair then reassured us continuously that he was okay and asked us not to worry.

Jeonghan had his leg elevated over a pillow, he was laying down wearing a thick light blue hoodie and black shorts while his ankle tightly wrapped in a bandage.

He was distracted looking through the window bartering his eyelashes slowly watching the tree leafs sway in the wind, it was a bit chilly and Jeonghan was feeling colder than usual today.

His phone in his hands and he had enough of replying to messages and just let the device buzz for a while until it eventually died out, he took a deep breath and let his head rest against the hospital bed ... surprisingly, it was comfortable, quiet and calm and it was exactly what his tired body and mind needed right now.

He closed his eyes and hugged himself a little feeling the chill of the room creeping through his body and he sat there for a while enjoying the peace, in a hospital bed, ironically.

His peace was soon interrupted when the door to his hospital room suddenly opened and a very worried Joshua showed up

"Hi" he greeted and basically run his way to Jeonghan's bedside "I came as soon as I got your call, are you okay? What happened really? Are you hurt? Does it—"

"Wooow" Jeonghan cut him off "Calm down Shua I'm fine, I've been straining myself too much apparently, I almost fell through my Vlive too, I said I was okay but it actually hurt like hell"

"Hannie 🥺" Joshua's voice concerned and worried

"I know, I'm sorry ... I just" Jeonghan sighed feeling frustrated "I don't know I just can't stay home doing nothing all day, but honestly now? It's not so bad, I feel tired and I'm not rushing this anymore"

Joshua smiled ... relieved
"I'm glad Hannie ... you deserve to rest, you just had a surgery and nobody's rushing you so stop rushing yourself, we will be here when you get back so take your time and heal first"

Jeonghan closed his eyes again feeling himself sinking into the mattress "I don't know if it's me or if it's the painkiller talking here but I kinda like it"

Joshua chuckled "You do? I guess maybe the medicine is too strong"

"No" Jeonghan laughed "It's calm and peaceful, I like the view from the window it's just a little chilly that's all"
Again, Jeonghan joined his hands together trying to gather some warmth and Joshua stood up "I'll ask the nurse for a blanket" he leaned over to check on Jeonghan before leaving "Are you sure you're okay? You are a little pale"

"I'm fine" Jeonghan reassured "Just a little cold and sleepy, I'll know more once I get some sleep"

Joshua had this worried look painted o his face "Okay, do you need anything else?"

Jeonghan shook his head "Not really"

"Okay I'll be right back"

When Joshua came back a few minutes later, Jeonghan was dozing off. He smiled getting closer to his friend and covered him up with the blanket he just got. He scanned Jeonghan for a few moments and realized that he was still under the IV drips, he must have been under some really good painkillers to be feeling this calm and relaxed and it made Joshua chuckle a little. Well, as long as he's okay, as long as the pain is gone and Jeonghan feeling comfortable and calm.

When he woke up a couple of hours later, Jeonghan was feeling all cozy and well rested

"Hello sleepyhead" Jeonghan looked up and Joshua was still there with him "Feeling any better?"

"Hummm I'm feeling way better thank you"

"I'm glad to hear that Hannie, the doctor said we can leave once you wake up"

"What? No, can we stay a little longer please?" He asked and Joshua scoffed "It's a hospital not a hotel, come on let's go home, Seungcheol is worried too he's been calling me"

Jeonghan sighed "Okay can we get pizza?"

"Sure, we can get whatever you want"
