Hello 👋
Have you seen the new MV yet?
I can't express how excited I am 🤩

"I'm just tired I promise"

Wonwoo said, slowly catching his breaths and taking a sip from his bottled water. Jeonghan looked worried and helped him lay back down on his bed again.

Wonwoo woke up with a blinding headache drilling the back of his skull, he tried to sit up a few times but ended up falling back into his pillow with a heavy sigh every time and eventually, he decided not to move all together.

When Jeonghan came to check on him, he got worried seeing Wonwoo's unusually pale face.
"Wonu? Are you okay?" Jeonghan asked the second he saw him and noticed the way Wonwoo asked for his help to sit up.

"What's wrong?" The older asked frowning worry creeping into him, Wonwoo held his head in his hand "A bad headache" he simply mumbled and asked for some water.

Wonwoo laid back on his bed and realized that it wasn't even his bed. He doesn't remember how he got here in the first place, he must have been too tired the night before to end up in Mingyu's bed instead. He didn't mind though, and he was sure that Mingyu wouldn't mind either but he couldn't leave any time soon because this headache proved itself here to stay.

"Okay let me get you some painkillers then? ... when did this even start?" Jeonghan asked already standing up to ramage through their stuff and find him some aspirin

"Last night I guess ... I've been tired I didn't even realize I'm in Min's bed"

Jeonghan chuckled "Just don't say that out loud to anyone"

Wonwoo smirked both annoyed and amused by the witty comment "Why do you have to twist everything?"

"It's my talent" Jeonghan was only trying to make Wonwoo feel a little better because the way he found him in wasn't at all okay "You need to rest, Wonwoo" his voice suddenly falling into a much concerned softer tone "You don't look so good"

Wonwoo couldn't agree more
"I'm ... not so sure what's wrong, all I know is this blinding headache, I guess I'll just stay in bed"

"Yeah, it's probably for the best, I'll get you something to eat in a while"

Wonwoo hummed in response and thanked the older. He rolled back on his side and decided not to leave Mingyu's bed for now not that he could in the first place, he was afraid that he'll fall the second he try to stand up.

He closed his eyes and sunk into the mattress and asked himself *What's wrong Jeon Wonwoo? Why so exhausted?* he tried to analyze the situation he was in but his body gave up soon after and fell back to sleep.

When he woke up again a few hours later, Jeonghan was worriedly calling his name and he blinked a few times trying to to collect his thought.

"Wonwoo?" He let his fingers slide over the younger's cheeks
"Hi, come on, wake up" Jeonghan coed, his palm pressed against Wonwoo's cheeks "You've been sleeping for too long and you're flushed" he sounded worried but continued to brush his hand against Wonwoo's cheeks calmly
"You're too warm Wonwoo, what's wrong please tell me?"

Wonwoo blinked a few times but didn't say anything. His mind was foggy and this head was still pounding "Wonu?" Jeonghan called again and Wonwoo finally responded with a tiny hum "Does your head still hurts?"

Wonwoo hummed again

"Poor baby ... okay, I'll get you something stronger, you should probably eat first though, can you do that?"

Wonwoo didn't say anything

"Do we need to call for help?"

Wonwoo wasn't so sure what he needed or what was happening and he honestly doesn't really remember much about what happened after that. Jeonghan helped him to sit up, forced him to have a few bites to eat and swallowed the medicine.

He went back to sleep again after that.

"So? What do you want to do?" Jihoon asked now that everyone in the house was aware of Wonwoo's condition, Jeonghan sighed "Get me Seungcheol on the phone and ask Dino and Minghao to turn down the volume on the video games or I swear to God, I'll come and break that PlayStation in half"

Jihoon sighed but he surely understood, he scolded the two youngers playing together in the living room and hurried to get his phone

"Cheol?" Jeonghan called using that tiny voice of his "I'm not sure, Mingyu doesn't know either ... No, he's not here, he's burning up and complaining about a migraine" ... "I don't know, he's been just sleeping all day"

Jeonghan sighed

"Yes please Cheol, I guess he needs help ... I don't know okay? I have no idea and it's eating me up"

Jeonghan was absolutely frustrated and everyone else was definitely so worried.

The doctor walked in about 30min later, he did the usual and established that Wonwoo's in a burnout state.
He ordered him to stay in bed for a few days and hooked him on fluids and antibiotics to flush away the soreness and inflammation.

Wonwoo was silent the entire time, he didn't complain or reject the way the doctor was poking around at him. He heard Jeonghan's voice a few times and maybe Seungcheol's? But didn't have energy to talk back.
He woke up an hour later to the cool feeling of something cold across his face and cheeks. He leaned into it for a moment before he opened his eyes to see Jeonghan by his side.

"Hi" the older greeted calmly "Sorry I didn't mean to wake you up, but I thought this would make you feel a bit more refreshed"

Wonwoo blinked, it really did "thank you Hannie"

"I'm glad it's working, how are you feeling?"

"Better I guess, what happened?"

Jeonghan scoffed "You gave me a scare that's what happened"

"I'm sorry"

"Shhh now, it's okay" Jeonghan noticed just how tired Wonwoo's voice was, he brushed his hair away from his face gently "You'll be okay, your fever is dropping, how's your headache like?"

Wonwoo shifted a little under the cold compress against his forehead "Better" he replied and by the look of it, Jeonghan could tell that Wonwoo's energy was dropping quickly
"Okay, do you need anything?"

"No, thank you"

"You should go back to sleep, I'll be right here if you need me"

Wonwoo simply hummed and closed his eyes almost uncontrollably going back to sleep. Jeonghan stayed by his side the entire time, even when Seungcheol and Mingyu finally came home, he kicked them out "He's resting just get out" he whispered

"Okay, fine ... I'll make us dinner? Can he eat?" Mingyu suggested he sounded worried but ready to offer help

"I'm sure he'll appreciate whatever Mingyu" Jeonghan smiled send the younger away only to look back at Wonwoo's sleeping face on the bed. He was resting well, his fever slowly getting better but it seemed like he still has a few days of recovery to go.
