Alex had taken the vote to Congress and was making a speech to convince them to Vote for the bill.
Under Alex, the Congress had been expanded to 501 seats and they had abolished the senate.
It needed 256 votes to pass. Alex began giving his speech :
"Representatives of all 52 states! You have the most important decision to make in generations. Will America join this union to better the world and the continent. Or shall we isolate ourselves and return to that ideology. I say NOT!"
The chants of "Alex! Alex! Alex!" filled the hall as mass applause broke out.
The Vote began and Alex was confident, the Vote passed 401-100 and The treaty went to the President to sign.
Evelyn quickly signed the bill in a public ceremony. And the Treaty was ratified.
